I'm planning a Breton Dual-Wield Fighter.
*Spoilers*
I was originally planning to have him go through the companions, but after learning that becoming a werewolf is mandatory, and the cure is really buggy (I play on the 360, so no console for me :sadvaultboy: ), I don't want to risk it.
That just doesn't fit into my character. I don't want him to be a werewolf. I think that having become a werewolf, then seeking a cure, would add to the character. But I don't want to risk not being cured because of the bugs associated with it (the fire not accepting the head, the head becomes a permanent quest item that you can't get rid of, etc) Also, he doesn't really want to be a mercencary or lead a guild, being the savior of the world is enough of a burden.
So the point is, would I be missing out on a lot of content that can't be replaced by other quests/dungeons/etc? I was also going to do the legion, but after some thought, it doesn't really fit my character
This breton would be my main character, but I'm also going to make a Nord
My character hierarchy would go like this
Breton Fighter - Main character, does all non-faction specific quests and main quest, probably the toon I spend most of my time on
Argonian Assassin - DB
Imperial Mage - College and Legion
Khajjit Thief - Thieves guild
Nord Warrior - Companions and Stormcloaks

Basically, if I don't do any of the factions on my main character (Breton Fighter), will he be under leveled and not be able to make up the difference that he would if he did do the factions? (with actual content/quests/etc, not just grinding levels)
How many levels does the companions and legion quests give? Will my main character not be able to reach endgame (what I consider I've done everything I want to with that character) and be a reasonably high level, maybe even hitting the cap?
