I am not very gifted in understanding Towers, but... what will be the likely consequences of the fall of the Crystal-Like-Law?

Do you think the Thalmor will try (or has tried) to rebuild it? Or, on the very contrary, a rebuilding of the Tower would harm the Thalmor?

Did the US rebuild the Twin Towers?

They are building a new Tower... But well, the Twin Towers aren't supposed to prevent Nirn from dissolving into Oblivion... (Or are they?)
