Hi guys.. i'm having problems in the fallen quest
when i'm supposed to use the shout to call Ohdaving to trap him
i used the shout and he never appears ! what should i do ? thanks !

Im having this same problem. I use the shout and he never appears. Am I supposed to wait? Is it a bug?
