I can't wait for the 10th. It's going to be the best 6 day late birthday present I've ever received! :P

I'm hoping for a lot of gameplay and engine information. I'll get all my story when I actually get to play the game.

Happy early birthday :D

We will get the mag's before the 10th, Im sure of it. Like I said, I got my January issue the day of the cover revel.

Thank you my good man! I normally get my issues around the 14th, so I'll be perfectly happy with the 10th. Not that I'd say no to getting it on the 6th ^_^

Here's to hoping the feature goes in depth on what will be possible in the game, whether it be through awesome physics, combat, or AI.

I really want to see them do a comparison of what's changed. I guess that's an all the above answer. I also want lots of quotes from the team throughout. Like, their take on why they did things.
I voted for gameplay anyway. They've been mixing it up a bit with each game as a reaction to the last one. It should be very interesting.

Can't wait to pick up this mag. I got a Gamestop gift card over the holidays that is just begging to be used.

They wont be able to say much about the storyline without spoilers. Graphics on the other hand they can release all there is to know about it. I'm slowly dying until they release the Skyrim info on Jan 6th.

Why does everyone think we are getting the 14 page spread and info on the 6th? We're getting the cover reveal which will be sweet but if I'm not mistaken that's all we are getting the 6th and the info will follow in the days/weeks after that.

The magazine ships on the 6th, and sometimes it arrives the next day for some people.

I'm sure we'll get plenty of screens, but the cover will likely be art.

I just thought about something VERY important. If we are looking at in game content in the article, will it be full of "grey boxes" or will they be final production objects? I don't want to wrongfully judge the graphics.

It wont get better than this: Looking at the Cover of the mag thursday as light snow begins thurs afternoon leading to a major snowstorm in the Boston area Friday-Saturday with 6-8 inches of snow already on the ground right now. Ill be in Skyrim :)

@DCDeacon: Just finished reading the upcoming Game Informer cover story on Skyrim. Lots of info, big screens...I think you'll really like it.

@nickbreckon: Digging into the 14-page Game Informer piece on Skyrim. People will be very happy with this. So many screens.

I'm assuming he's implying non-finished or polished textures and meshes and so forth. I don't really think they would put unfinished graphics in premiere screenshots

I did not know that Boston looked like Tamriel. (yeah I know what you mean I just wanted to comment)

I said gameplay, of course. But personaly, I kinda want to see a little bit of everything on there, screenshots, characters, engine, practicly everything that was on the poll list.

Oh, and if i open the gameinformer and see a picture of an oblivion gate I will burn it and sell the ashes to SATAN! :obliviongate:

So Mankar, are you ready to maintain this thread when the cover will be revealed? Like getting people that are posting links, scans, being trolls, spammers...I and all of us have seen this scenario before

Never fear, moderators will be all over it and swinging our banhammers right and left at those who dare to post scans or pictures since such is clearly forbidden here. Folks want to see it, buy the new Game Informer. Of course folks will be able to paraphrase what they read and see as always.

I can't count how many folks we have banned over scanned copyrighted material and some think it clever to join with a new name to post such but then get caught up in us tracking down both accounts and getting a double whammy ban for the trouble. :toughninja:
