I want to see the character creation's advantages/disadvantages list, and the skill list.

Never fear, moderators will be all over it and swinging our banhammers right and left at those who dare to post scans or pictures since such is clearly forbidden here. Folks want to see it, buy the new Game Informer. Of course folks will be able to paraphrase what they read and see as always.

I can't count how many folks we have banned over scanned copyrighted material and some think it clever to join with a new name to post such but then get caught up in us tracking down both accounts and getting a double whammy ban for the trouble. :toughninja:

Now I'm slightly curious about something, do you guys (and gals) on the mod side keep a tally of all the users ever banned? Not even the usernames per say but the number of bans? That would be a interesting number to see, especially the influx of bans during a "event" like this will be. I love statistics

More importantly, are the mods intimate with my personalities?

Is anyone other than myself amused that two people have chosen Info On Lyrics In The Theme Song as being their MOST anticipated feature in the GI article?

For myself, I'm most looking forward to seeing what quests we're going to be doing and the creatures we're going to be meeting along the way. :frog:

Oh, and the engine... and screenshots... and the construction set... and graphics...

Whilst staying on topic ;)

Do they release the cover at midnight? Or is it released when some guy gets into work and makes an article for it?

It's random. It could happen at any time on the 6th. Some past covers have been revealed in the morning, some in the afternoon. We'll just have to wait and see.

Ok then. I have to wait till the 7th anyway (timezone) and I'm going on a small trip without internet for a week on that night. I'll last have the internet around 6pm (so 10pm on the 6th American time (west coast I think)) Do you think it's likely to be up by then? I'd like something to ponder while I'm away. It's also good because I'll be able to read it myself when I get back without having the paraphrasing the forums will get.

Yeah I think it's safe to say it will be out long before 10 pm Pacific, so no need to worry.

I am really looking forward to all the new information - it has been a long time coming.

We log all modeator actions in the admin forum, so bans are listed along with details, but no it is not anolyzed. :)

More importantly, are the mods intimate with my personalities?

I don't think there is going to be anything to read on the 6th. The gi COVER is being revealed but the 14 page spread inside the magazine will probably have to wait a few days until the mag starts to get around.

From what I was told by someone at Gamestop, when I called, is that the subscribers should start getting it between the 6th and the 15th. The stores themselves won't get it until the 15th. I'm not a subscriber so I'm going to start calling Gamestop early next week to see when they'll actually get it.

Oh, as far as the poll question goes, there should have been an option for "All of the Above" because that is what I want to see, EVERYTHING :celebration:

I'm so excited for this! I had a dream where I got the new GI in the mail and it came with a demo of Skyrim! Of course, being in a dream, many of the happenings in that demo were random, and hard to explain now that I am awake.

Well you guys, Its almost here. Most unfortunately for everyone I am going to be at school this week and will be making no posts or edits to the original post before I get home around 3:15 PM Pacific Time.

So, well. I have also decided that I am going to learn all of the information here before I get the mag because there is no way that I will get the mag before the early birds among us. Unless, of course, someone else wants to continue to make these threads instead of me. Keep in mind that if you do you will have to edit all information into the first post for everyone and will have to be here to make the new thread. Trust me. We will be going through more then one thread a day.

Any volunteers? It isn't that important to me but I, like everyone else, would like to get my info FRESH from the mag if possible.
