You won't be able to see it with your own eyes what's in it, but I am sure a lot of folks here will summarize most of what's in there. As for pictures, you gotta lurk the internet to find scans, they aren't allowed to post here.

But, GameInformer's website will have a "Hub" that will fill with information during the whole month. So even if you don't get the magazine or find the scans, there will be plenty to read on the website, plus I think a lot of gaming websites will be releasing previews with screenshots.

Well of course the gaming websites are going to have all of the information. They most likely will be posting all of the new stuff in a big feature. Most of those guys over at Gamestop have a lot of achievements for Oblivion. I am sure they are fans of the series.
