What was the tweet and what was the reader's question? I'm on my phone so when I click on the link it just takes me to the twitter sign in page...

Andy McNamara said "New issue in my hands. People are going to love this one." and the other tweet was a reply to this.

So the cover is all black with the Skyrim name and logo on it? Seems odd to have a reveal for that...

It is The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim on the all-black cover. We will show the cover this Thursday as well as start some awesome online stuff.

Can't wait to see what is inside though. Too hyped. :laugh:

It's so you buy the magazine not be like, hmm ok there's what it looks like, that's all I needed to know :disguise:

ok my concern is how you word this...at first u make it sound like the February issue comes out next month as in February except that with Game Informer they give every issue a month early but now that ive looked at different articles telling of when it comes out i see that when u say the cover is REVEALED on January 6, it really is that the issue comes out on that date not a month later...i think it confuses others when you say that or i may be the only one...i sometimes read stuff from a different perspective than most people...i'll have to disclose that im not dyslexic its just how i read correct me on this if im wrong

ok i get it now thanks for clearing it up. I hope the cover is more than just the symbol or something from the trailer. You can't tell me they couldn't get anything else!?

To Mankar Camoran: Alright I'm confused...are YOU saying that ONLY the cover art is being revealed January 6th because I think that is false lead...I know that the February 2011 issue of Game Informer is releasing January 6th and the way you word it sounds like it isn't. I know for a fact that all Game Informer magazines come out a month early and the 6th of January is when it is confirmed to come out.

No, We get it Thursday, The 6th. I believe January's was relieved at 8 am so it will probably be relieved fairly early.

I know for a fact that all Game Informer magazines come out a month early and that is when it is confirmed to come out.

They ship out on the 6th, the same day the cover is revealed. That doesn't mean subscribers get it that day. It can take anywhere from one to four days for them to get it.

There will be SOME information on the hub once the cover is revealed. I am unsure as to how much information but I assume there will be some along with a screenshot.

I'm guessing tons of mountain scenery in the background like at the reveal and some artwork of a dragon or a nord warrior or a nice cover pic of the stone tablet we got a look at.

i honestly think its just an emblem with a black background. from the way they are kidding about it (and a recent comment that seemed to pretty much tell us what it looked like) this may be the most likely case. Not that exciting, I know

I have deleted numerous posts, many of them warning worthy. Please don't post off topic. Anyone who wants to argue about school related internet rules are free to do so via pm and if you don't want to argue there, block whomever is sending you pms. But do not post about it in this thread about the Feb. Game Informer cover of Skyrim.

Don't spam, don't flame one another, post in a civil manner and all that good stuff. If someone flames you, report it and don't respond because responding in like will get you a warning as well.

There was enough garbage in here to keep me busy warning for the rest of the night should I decide to do so.

I will reopen this thread but any more off topic discussion, flameing or spam or flamebait and the persons posting such will be warned and will be suspended until after the cover story is released.

Yeah, it seems like they're most likely going to be putting up the Skyrim hub on their site Thursday. Whether or not it will have info yet is unknown. It should have some great artwork though!

I am hoping for a screenshot, myself. Something to really boost the hype and make me beg to get that mag. I am not entirely sure if he meant Skyrim when he said online awesome stuff but I am pretty sure thats what he was talking about. Anyone else feel this way?

Any kind of info would be very welcome indeed. Its getting kind of tiresome to speculate without a single bit of information to go by. A screen shot would be nice as well, to tide us over until we get the magazine.

Quick question. Not sure if this has been covered, but; when will subscribers get their copy of the magazine in the mail? I know it says the cover will be revealed the 6th, does that mean that's about the time copies will be arriving or is it a web reveal?

Sorry if this has been covered before.
