No because the end of US day = middle of the night everywhere else. I think they are trying to get it so it is late morning US, which is early evening here (UK). That would probably = 2 busy periods of of the day which then = happy days for GI.

Indeed. It's one, presumably non-gameplay-related, picture soiled with unrelated text (gameinformer, etc). But I think some people don't know this... or they expect more from it than it really is going to be. I'd be interested in what the cover covers, but I guess.... well, let's not guess.
