has anyone got a copy of game informer in there hands right now? If so can you read it to us? :user:

You might wanna go and find another site to ask this question instead of asking for it here...i'm SURE you can find a couple where you can get the info.

Agreed. It's minimalist and I like it. I wish more covers were like that, most that use in-game screens and character concepts are quite ugly to be honest. I want something artsy as a cover, something that serves a purpose other than informing which is all a screenshot does.

You know, I don't even have to click the link to know it's a youtube video. Rick rolled failed.

Well tbh that artistic style does not always apply. Sometimes it's better to showcase the actual theme of a game. This cover does little more than conjure up even more anticipation... to the dismay of anyone who has followed TES. Its great for those not familiar but not always necessary. Especially not for people like us who are actual fans.

I must say this is classic Bethesda style tho. It is truly awesome but painful to be a TES fan. I feel like a masochist even just being here.

Holy &*%$ this is already on the thirteenth thread? Really? We were only on the fifth yesterday. Anyway the cover was dissapointing, in my opinion anyway. I was expecting an image from the game that may hint to the quality of the engine, or the size of the world, or a really nice picture of a tree. Ah well.

I thought the cover was fitting. You see the Seal of Akatosh and it gives you a feeling of some incredible information will be inside. The cover isn't supposed to be the source of your information, the 14 page in-depth look into Skyrim is where your supposed to get your information.

haha I completely agree... but it svcks because I already knew this. Since TES is not as popular as Halo or CoD, this was a great tactic - but it svcks for us fans.

But really... what if someone with decent skills drew the images in the magazine and posted them here?

I've gone to SIX stores all over my city including EB Games (Gamestop equivalent), magazine stores, book stores (with magazine sections), gaming/hobby stores, and Futureshop. No Game Informer. I've awaited this day with more excitement than Christmas, and now all I get to do is sit here and listen to other people discuss all the great stuff packed into those heavenly 14 pages. Well no RPG will ever be as popular to the masses as an FPS. FPS has pretty fireworks and you get to shoot guns! FPS are fun but it takes a different class of people to actually enjoy the lore that goes into an RPG, something that is in shorter supply among the masses as there are people that just don't have the mental capacity to grip the glory of that which is TES.

A tweet stated the 14th in stores. At least gamestop.

I'll probably get mine Saturday at the latest, until then I'm content with getting the decoder. I'm kinda hoping tomorrow, but I highly doubt it. I got mine on the day of the cover reveal last month. But of course when its about a game I'm interesting in I won't get it for a few days.

It's not so difficult. It'll begin hit subscribers the next days, then general stores the 14th.

Look at international GameStop shops and it's avaliability. Now THAT'S misinformation.
