The Federalist Tower: RPG Thread

Post » Fri Jun 26, 2015 12:13 am

Welcome to The Federalist Tower, formerly Tenpenny Tower. Under the operation of a resident turned owner, the Tower has become influential and massively improved. On top of this, he also reopened Warrington for 'The Average Wastelander', though unspoken everyone knows what it is, a settlement for those too poor to get into the Tower. Warrington is a town on par with Rivet City in civilisation. Structured and orderly, security keeps any problem citizens in line and removing anyone who tries to be a problem. Citizens of the Federalist Tower apartments live in comfort and security, their own microcosmic bubble of Pre-War life and for citizens of Warrington, life goes on in the Wasteland but with benefits of clean water and electricity but some resent their position as 'beneath' Warrington. This is the unfolding story of the men and women in the tale of Federalist Tower.

Robert Wick:

Spoiler
Age: 57
Appearance: Aging well, he looks in his early fifties, his hair neatly combed and parted in a Pre-War clean cut fashion, his hair dark brown with greying temples and olive green eyes.

Personality: Highly reclusive and distant from all the residents. He makes brief public appearances but otherwise lives alone on the top floor where no one has sees him on a consistent basis. All work is submitted via intercom or, more frequently, paperwork he signs off on. He is straight to business and a firm believer in mercantile freedoms and individual liberties and welcomes all to his tower for the right price or if they can prove an asset to the tower. He tends to secretly look favourably on those who earn their privilege into the Tower versus just paying for entry.

Weapons (Tower weapons are forbidden, Warrington allows a personal weapon but it's required to be registered): A 10mm pistol he keeps in a holster in his suit.

Usual outfit (For Security when they're out of uniform, on the job you wear brown combat armour): Publicly wears a brown suit, brown vest and a red striped tie. In private he usually wears suit pants and a dress shirt when he attends to the daily business of the tower.

Misc Items: High security clearance keycard to access the elevator to the penthouse and his servers and a small notebook to write down notes.

Brief Background: Once a merchant who earned his way to privilege, he always coveted Tenpenny's position as owner but knew if Tenpenny died, Burk would likely assume power. When Burk died then not long after Tenpenny, both at the hands of the Wanderer, but he took care Gustavo by feigning a security issue with another ghoul group in the factory, when he died, Robert used his businessman like charm and force of will to assume control. A reclusive figure before power, his reputation in the tower grew when he brought massive changes to the tower giving it much improvement over Tenpenny's contentment.
