Seriously you guys, here I was wandering around the wasteland with Dogmeat
when this song suddenly popped up on the radio. OMG the feels!!
And to think, the only version i've heard of was the Carpenters version,
I never even knew the original was sung by Skeeter Davis!!

Generation gap. I'm old enough to remember hearing Skeeter Davis' recording on the radio, but I didn't know the Carpenters had done a version. 
It sounds as though Bethesda is going for an early-sixties vibe this time around. I wonder if their plan is to move the time frame of their cultural references forward a few years with each game?
