Okay, i want to make ONE THING CLEAR, this is based off of the Mobile Army Surgical Hospitals that have been in place from 1950s to 2006. I also plan to possibly incorporate some M*A*S*H (TV Show, not the Movie or the Books) themes

The NCR, in 2390, managed to actually, contrary to most people's belief, had united all of the former US, not including Canada and Alaska. They had gotten into contact with the Europeans, who were mostly untouched by the Nuclear Devastation. Then, all hell turned loose, in 2392, a large Snowstorm had engulfed the US, turning it into a ice and snow wasteland, most creatures died off, those who didn't adapted. But the US adapted to the climate change in their region, and still went onto Conquer Alaska from Chinese Ghouls and Canada from Tribals. But soon, The US troopers found themselves in Siberia, fighting a war against "The Red Dragons" who are the Chinese. And a long Stalemate ensured in Manchuria. A field hospital was set up, its number was the 4077th, here is where the RP starts.

Rule one:No ubering, if you play as a doctor, dont be like "THIS MAN IS DYING! HIS HEART HAS A PIECE OF SHRAPNEL THE SIZE OF MY THUMB IN IT, BUT I MANAGED TO SAVE HIM" because in real life, would that really happen?

Rule Two: Character control to a extent: i will allow character controlling under one condition: Ask me and the person who is being controlled

Rule Three: You cannot change jobs in the RP, if your a doctor or a nurse or a corpsman, stay that way.
