Will probably end up doing a fubar action and or something like a nade hitting some edge near me and landing at my feet or just running and all of a sudden i get killed by environmental stuff or gravity what ever comes first when I fall off a cliff.

I like to explore vaults right out the gate. So, I'll say an ill-prepared journey into one of those.

Probably fighting a more raiders than I expected or at least one with a decent weapon. Whether it be some random in Fallout 3 with a missile launcher or Fiends in New Vegas with energy weapons, I tend to die first that way.

A little boy will beg my low-level character to kill some fire ants ...

Vault 111. And it will be a radroach that kills me.

No but on a serious point it will probably be a raider camp.

Ill hear the chirp chirp of a Mine and then boom!... Ill be blown onto one, then another and another and another.

Or... Ill be near a car, use it as cover accidentily shoot it a lot, it will catch fire and me being me, ill be continuing my shoot out only to die as it blows up right in front of me.

(It happened a lot in Fallout 3 )

It be pretty funny, you leave vault 111 200 years later and the first thing that happens is you fall off a cliff. LOL

I remember actually dying on that ridge just outside the opening area in Fallout 3. (the bit just behind where Dogmeat waits for you) It wasnt a big drop but I remember fast travelling there to get him back and 2 albino radscoprions were waiting for me. I remember moving backwards really quickly .. had a single bar of health left and fell down and died. Its not even a big drop!

I'll die trying to take on a deathclaw with no power armor on very hard at an early level. I wonder if bethesda will give a creature the rock it man perk from skyrim I hope deathclaws get it.....oh no that giant mirelurk looking thing.

Second death: After doing something "silly" (think of another word starting with "s" but ending with "d") like not having saved in 6 hours time (and no autosaves!)

Depends on the first character i make... if it is with low luck... the first death will probably be by landing on my face, when exiting cryochamber

This thread is awesome. My first death in FO3 was the Springvale school. Rushed in and couldn't find the exit again before the raiders killed me. First Skyrim death was me wandering up the mountains and meeting a Frost Troll. First NV death was Primm. I was ready to start blasting all dem fools but quite underestimated the crazy amount of convicts there, their stupid Varmint Rifles, and hardcoe mode lol.

My first FO4 death will probably yet again be me being a little too confident and placing a bit too much trust in a rusty 9mm and my ability to aim.

I don't think anyone will die in the initial nuke attack. I bet it is a timed event that occurs when you reach the vault, and then a cutscene of the explosion and going inside.

I think my first death will be that damn deathclaw we fight after meeting Preston. Odds are even on if the raiders get me in the street before we meet him, but almost a sure bet that deathclaw will take me out at least once.
