Oh... The Forgotten Realms! I see now.

For a second I thought this would be one of those hopeless, spur of the moment D&D world TC ideas doomed to never be completed. But I see this is actually a fine piece of original work!

Well, from what I've seen of the screen shots and videos, I am already intrigued! This goes on my *must play* mod list. I can't wait till it's finished! :goodjob:

You should definitely get this to Oblivion XP so we can score some epic EXP from this quest.

And question, What level should we start this quest? Will this quest make my character a hero, or should my character be pretty strong when I start (level 20 or so?).

Hey, Duke! I was so distracted by the awesome screenies and vids that I didn't even notice the part where you were asking for voice actors. I could try my hand...er voice at it. I've never done 3rd party voice acting, though I have done some stage acting with a college theater group. I also sing with a professional rock band so I can carry a tune or at least that's what people say. :P

I think I could do the angry Dunmer part, maybe others. Just give me an idea of how big the parts would be and maybe some lines or short monologue that a character would say and I could record some clips for you to check out. I don't know if you've already found any voice actors (I know one other person volunteered on this thread) but I figure the more variety and choices you have the better. Otherwise you get the same voice guy for everything... I guess it worked for Bethesda, though... :D

I think you should be of pretty high level while playing through this mod. My "test character" is around level 30-40 or something.. And carry with you A LOT of health potions as well :P

I'll be sure to drop you a PM sometime soon. ;) But right now I just gotta finish the level design first!

Update:
I think I have reached the "cell limit" :P I won't add any more cells now, but only detail already existing ones and finish off all the scripts.
After that I gotta finetune all the questupdates and whatever other stuff is required for you (the player) to actually have the slightest idea of what is going on in the story ;)

And now I've tried to written the first in a mini-series of prologue stories, which will give you a hint of what's going on inside the dungeon. (And sorry, I really can't get grip of this whole writing thing.. :P But I think it's ok, at least x)

The dark elfs moved slowely through the crumbled hallways of the castle ruin...
A few days earler they had arrived in Leyawiin, having traveled for one straight week from Balmora, in Morrowind. Their contract had been given to them by a Telvanni agent.
Raryn, the leader of the mercenary-band, had doubted the worth of the contract, but then finally accepted it, in the last minute. Now their mission was to clear out those ruins and find out whatever was going on there.
"Hey, Raryn, there's a foul stench coming from back there." The elf who had spoken pointed towards the wine barrels.
"Keep your flaming voice down, scrib-head! You don't want them to hear you."
"Sorry boss."
Raryn gave his companion a blazing gaze, and then carefully approached the barrel, trusing his comrades to cover his back.
"Burn me living, those flaming barrels stink worse than muck. What by the Nine or whatever flaming else is in there?"
Then suddenly the whole party jumped to the roof out of surprise, as a hand emerged, crashing through the rotten wood of the barrel...

To be continued...
