No worries. And yep - rally good at keeping to schedules lol!

I am working on it now, looking to release it soon. Just work and christmas got in the way....


Pfft, tell me about it. I've been off shift since the Thursday before last and nobody has let me a [censored] day to myself yet.

well the new summon spell doesnt work! But I think I have solved the problem, so gonna go test it. I also found some spelling errors in some of the books, which have now been fixed, as well as noticing some dirty refrences which I will clean out :)

so a bit more to do but I am cracking on with it!

well got the script working! yay, no longer crashes and the creature gets summoned!

however I've noticed a small problem, and I am not going to release the mod untill its fixed! Basically the creature doesnt dissapear instantly when dead... so if anyone can help http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1157431-script-help-please/


script is working! Just got to clear some dirty refrences from the mod and then its done :D

hmm theres something annoying me with this mod, so I am just gonna do a qucik tweak. Its nothing serious - you just dont get a nmessage telling you that you've learnt the summon spell after reading the book, so I am gonna add that in. Sound like a good idea?

after further investigation it is because I removed a duplication issuie with that particular NPC.

The error you received comes from usinga saved game that has the old data from the older file. It does no harm though :)

EDIT: found another duplicated NPC so have uploaded version 2.1 :)

A thought: you may wish to pick a standard "modified" date for your plugin and stick with it. 02/06/2008, perhaps?

After a break I went back to MW today and believe I've finished Never/Forgotten Halls. It's a very nicely done mod, well done.

Minor issues...

Spoiler


1. The two times I fell into a pit trap I ended up under the collapsing section of floor and thus became stuck under it. The second time I was able to levitate up through it after some wiggling around. The first time required loading the last save. Also I didn't get to fight the ghoul king, ghoul with an antler helmet? I think he fell into the spike pit near the door and got stuck under the floor when it came up.

2. I'm at work so this is from memory... The sila lamps in the tomb room where the Falmer armour is gn_lamp_2 maybe have no name or stats, weight etc.

3. I found the ambient noise you get in the big room near the entrance (and other places) a bit loud compared to other sounds in the game, got a bit annoying after a while.




All in all a very well made, high level dungeon crawl. Interesting and challenging design. Nice back story. Unique and satisfying rewards.

My thanks to all involved with it's creation.
