Wait, I'm a little confused as to which boat figgin is on?
you're about to aboard the Imperial ship. Everyone else in the scene is already on it. So just make a post about you getting on and the ship will head to Anvil Nova.

No there is nothing wrong with you getting there quickly. Just have your character act surprised and praise the eight for giving him strong winds.

Here is the leader of the Dark Elf Refuge.

Name: Hibaba Zelma-Al
Race: Dark Elf Ashlander
Gender: Male
Age: 472
Appearance: Very tall Dunmer and extremely muscular. He has tribunal tattoos across his face that comes to a point at his nose. He wears mult rings in his ears and one in his nose. He has dark Mohawk and a scar across his cheek.
Reasons for being on the Frontier: After the demise of VVardenfall, Hibaba brought his clan to the frontier because he refused to live a life of subjected degradation in Skyrim. He brought his mining team and colony to the Frontier to settle his new domain.
Class: Ashkhan Warrior
Skills: Leader of the Zainab clan. He has use of Destruction Magic, although hehas control issues when using it. He tends to stick to his axes for more effective strikes.
Clothing: He wears Hide Armor with no shirt. He wears a bear pelt as a cape as well.
Personality: Very hot headed and ruthless leader. Very protective of his clan and leery of outsiders.
Major Flaw: Quick tempered and narrow minded. Likes his drink and women too.
Equipment: He wields one-handed war axes one in each hand.
Background: Hibaba ruled his clan for many years independent from the houses of Morrowind. He taught his people to hunt fish and mine ebony. He is a ferocious leader and his army was ready to assemble and pounce at a given notice. After the fall of Vvardenfall, he relocated what remained of his clan and a few refugees from the houses to the Frontier to establish a new way of life. He refused refuge in Skyrim under the “protection” of Ulfric and instead braved the sea of ghosts and landed on the shores of the frontier. He could not see himslef subjecting his people to the abuse and treatment he heard so much coming out of Skyrim for his fellow Dunmer.
His clan worked to rebuild their settlement on the shores of New Balmora and a "Palace" of sorts for Hibaba. Five settlements have been established that Hibaba rules over. The mines, located in the Farland mountains are heavily guarded by Hibaba’s men due to the tensions with the Breton Nation to the Northwest.

Tone down the character to have strong destruction magic but cannot control it very well then I'll have to see what WITYM thinks

EDIT: Sorry forgot you were a GM like me but still have the bad at controlling destruction magic its a good thing to RP with.

I can. He is more of a GM controlled player just to get some action out that way. I figure all the GM's can create one for each region to kinda have an origin point for others to come to and possibly take over. I can tone down the magic to be where he is wild with it and has little control of it, but you needed a powerful warlord type char to move a clan of dunmer ashlander from Morrowind to the other side of Tamriel and re-establish their colony in a foriegn land. Also, not ethat in this region, like in Skyrim, the Dunmer are now looked down on and treated terribly, so a strong char was needed. Either way, i did it quick, like i said to get somone out there for the overall good of the RP

My opinion: tone down destruction a little like Magus says. Also, I understand that elves can live longer than humans but I can't see an Ashlander being over 400 years old. Unless their tribal leaders uses magic a lot to live longer. Also unless i read it wrong. I pictured that it was all types of Dunmer from all houses and factions that slowly headed to the Frontier. Though the Ashlander survivors could ended up taking it over anyways. And if you want that problem with Ulfric to make a little more sense maybe have it where he had enough after all these years living in Skyrim.

Change the background a little and i'll accept.

I did mention he opened up the exile to all dunmer and brought some along as well. I can tone down the magic. As for Ul;fric, I can eliminate that aall together. I only threw that in to make sense of why he didn't choose the closer skyrim

Allright. Just mention that he was sick of his race suffering like they are in Skyrim. Also keep in mind that with the exeption of New Balmora, most of the Dunmer settlements in the refuge are normally just fishing villages or just plain old villages where maybe the closes thing that comes to a city in their is New Balmora.

PS: I think that boat near Anvil nova can now continue to move.

New Balmora is where I can set up the "Palace' which I put in quotes, because it resembles more of an oversized house at best/ I was under the impression that every region was out to mine ebony and that the Dunmer, whereas the poorest of all the regions, was still able to be in that race. If not i can amend to just be content with their land and mere survival.

Why such hatred towards the Dunmer all over? HAHAHAHA. just kidding. In regards to the boat, Figgin isn't going to say much because he is scared of being outed as a stowaway.

I will enter my Bosmer tonight up in the Breton Nation.

You can have the Dunmer still hunt for Ebony but as leader of the refuge, you're gonna go through a people that's trying to survive. (And prospering from Ebony would help a lot.)

I set up 5 settlements and only New Balmora hunts for ebony. I realize that it is a small area so I will have limited access. The survival of Dunmer is a top priority. He will Govern the refuge accordingly. He is a shrewd and ruthless leader though. He rule swith an iron fist.

I editted the CS

Allright. I will make a quick post that the ship landed at the docks.

And I guess that the survivors will depart. (Danus will give them some gold.) And the Engineers will come with Danus to palace while he has a lovely convo with the general.
