The game desperately needs a settlement mangement menu!

There's just no way around it. I don't normally request things like this and I wasn't even sure this should be in the mod section, but I think this is critical enough Bethesda really needs to patch this in asap. Micro-managing settlers is a simply a headache and a half. It quickly becomes incredibly hard to figure out simple things like who has a bed assigned to them and what roles each settler has been given. Yes you can of course give each settler distinctive clothes, but it doesn't solve the bed problem. My settlers keep complaining about the lack of beds, despite having a total of 17 population and 49 beds! I have no idea who has a bed or not as this point and its frustration. Happiness keeps dropping dramatically when I'm out and about. It would nice to simply use the Bell and then some icons pop up above each settler indicating their role and whether they have a bed. Please Bethesda! Being able to name settlers and have a no-snapping feature would be an added bonuses.

The whole settlement building is poorly thought out. Its a huge unnecessary time sink.

In deed. There are also like 10 threads about this. So you are DEFINITELY not alone with your frustration with settlement management.

The worst is settler job management and not being able to toggle a ′snapping′ function when you place walls etc.
