Something that I liked is the deterioration of any weapons on fallout 3 but,
in this game doesn't appear. that mode added immersion in the game.
please add it up at least in survivor mode.
Thanks

i would like it, iv had really fun experiences in fo3 because of deterioration
No thanks. Or well if they introduce it in the same manner as with the power armor. You actually have to take it to a bench and repair it with scrap parts you find in the Wasteland. I could see that working, but just duct taping guns and armor together, done with that.
Yup I'd like repair to be back for all armors and weapons. A slower degradation than FO3/NV but having another use for the weapon and armor workbenches would be great. Add a perk to make repairs possible on the road at the cost of more junks/components. The whole system is already in place, just need to apply it to all equipments
I think it would of been great to fix them with the armor work bench. Maybe have some mods that make them hold up longer as well, since they did deteriorate rather quickly in 3 and NV.
I would give this a Darth Vader no if I could to show how much I loathe it.
I think it would go great with Fallout 4's components system. Having to repair stuff really added to the feeling that the world was broken, and work had to be done to maintain every luxury. If the extensive customisation they did implement was the alternative though, I'm grateful.
I do sort of miss the repairing system.
I don't mind repairing being gone. It would svck to have to carry around 2 or 3 of the same weapon and armor around at all times as well as all the extra stuff you need to break down and craft items. I suppose if it was tied to crafting components it wouldn't be too bad, but I'd prefer it be relegated to a hardcoe mode, along with needing to eat, drink and sleep. That would be fun (and I'm not sure why Bethesda didn't borrow that mode from New Vegas... people really enjoyed it).
Good riddance in my opinion. I despised carrying 5 extra Chinese assault rifles to fix my Xuanlong rifle in the field. It started to be a joke that my character had to carry more weapons than a merchant just to keep something from breaking.
Well, I obviously wouldn't endorse that system. Instead, I'd have weapons get repaired by the same parts you use to upgrade them.
I wouldn't have it in the regular modes, though. Only in a hardcoe mode for people who want that kind of immersion.
Though, as people have pointed out, there's no real reason for guns to decay if you keep them oiled and in good shape. Armor and melee weapons are a bit more understandable.
Anyone else remember when you fire the weapon of the enemy and then you take it, these equipment were destroyed, and you have to think if you wasted ammunition for that weapon or just unarm the enemy for easily dead.
Thanks for all comments maybe a modder see this
Just for consistency and ease of implementation I would expect it to apply to everything. I'd certainly hope it would use the same method as the power armour because as others have said, carrying or storing more weapons than a military arsenal seems weird.
Edit: Oh, I personally would prefer if it didn't make a return. I'm also looking at a way to get rid of it for power armour because it seems an unnecessary extra activity due to most parts consuming a small amount of steel of which I have hundreds of units.
I'll be honest, I'm not missing it.
And it has not infringed on my role-playing qualities at all, really.
No, it does not, not at all. Use it as a mod if you like but I hate weapon deterioration in rpgs
sorry
What is with you people wanting and the survival mode? next you'll be wanting a dark souls difficulty jeez.
truthfully I am glad it's gone lol FO3's degradation was way to much fire 50 rounds through an assault rifle & it was broken and in need of repair again
God no! While in theory I understand the desire, I've never met a system I liked. That being said, FO3 version was the only one I found actually tolerable.
