Kain groggily sat up. He pushed his hair, that was sticking to him in sweaty clumps. Looking around he saw he was in room. To his left was a window that useless, because you couldn't see out of it. That covered most of that wall, in front of him a TV on a table and right above it was a clock. The walls were gray and their was a crutch laying against the wall in the corner. Their was a curtain like thing that blocked his view of his left.

What I'm I doing here?

Looking down he saw an item that covered most of his arm and had a screen on it that was as big as it was. The screen displayed his body and various other readings, that Kain was able to identified from working with his father.

Hmm, Seems my vitals are okay

That was good to know. Kain saw his equipment was located to his left, right by his bed. He was about to grab it when a voice issued from the screen of his new "watch"

Kain opened on the map on his transmitter. He was currently in Our Lady of Hope Hospital. Grabbing his equipment he proceeded through the door.

I don't want to kill people. I'll just go a see if they want to join me, it should be easier in a group.

Rice was stunned. He was enraged at himself for getting caught by this guy. He had heard about what went down in this place and he didn't like it. The message he had gotten on his new device didn't make him feel any better. He was sitting on a bed and had figured out he was in Our lady of hope Hospital, a place he had only been once before. That time the halls had been filled with super mutants, this time they were empty and desolate giving him an eerie feeling. He grabbed his equipment from a corner of the room and stuffed most of it in to his backpack. He kept his repeater out. The gun only had about 6 magazines. Around 36 rounds. He didn't want to waste them. He had a feeling that weapons and ammo were a priority in this "game".

He slung his backpack on his shoulders and peered out of the room. The same quiet noise. He slowly moved through the halls. He heard no noise so he continued on. Rice eventually found some steps and he realized he was on the second level. He slowly crept down trying to keep his noise down. He didn't know if there were other people inside the building. He reached the door. The glow of light was what he recognized first. The light temporary blinded Rice but eventually it went away and he reluctantly opened the door.

Location: In a Dark Allyway

Brock woke up suddenly in an alleyway. He felt like pukeing his guts out, but he held his lunch in.

"Were the hell am I? " He said to himself

He observed his surroundings. All he could see was a trash can, a pile of rubble, and his rifle James.

"Ugh" He said outloud as he scratched his head. He then noticed his arm was a bit heavier. He looked at his arm and saw an odd little screen on it that showed some vitals.

"What the F-" He was cut off by an automated message that came from the screen



'Hello new recruits and welcome to The Game.'

Brock said to himself "If I kill people I get new stuff? This is even better than it sounds!" He stood up, grabbed James, and went off down the street towards the Our Lady of Hope Hospital, not even taking time to look around.

Location: Our Lady of Hope Hospital.

Victor slowly awoke, still groggy from the sedative he was given. He looked around for several minutes until his vision became less blurred, spotting a sign outside the window that read "Our Lady of Hope Hospital". He became familiar with his surroundings relatively quickly, reaching the entrance of the hospital where people would've been checked in many years earlier he realized he still had his weapons. "[censored]...", he muttered as he realized who'd gotten him. He'd heard stories about this for a while now, about some psychopath capturing folk and pitting them against the dangers the Wasteland had to offer, including other wastelanders. All in all this wasn't the worst situation he could be in, he was a step closer to taking down one of the most evil scumbags around, Esh.

He'd calmly grab a magazine and sit down in the waiting room, whistling as he read a very old edition of "Guns and Bullets", wondering when the dramatic entrance would start. This guy probably had a taste for the dramatic like most wasteland villains, so Victor had an idea of how things would go down.

Jonathan woke up in the hospital and looked down at his side. It was just healing from the injuries he sustained. After hearing the message on his watch he punched the wall next to him and the movement hurt his side more. Damn I got caught by this bastard and i'm injured. It doesn't seem to good right now. He wearily stood up and grabbed his weapons and checked to see if the clips had ammo. He tried to look out the window but it was too dirty to see anything.

Jonathan stepped out the door slowly, his gun up in case there was anyone out there. This place is a little to quiet. It should be crawling with super mutants.
It looked like he was on the top floor on his new watch. He slowly checked every room until he was sure there was no one on the top floor. He climbed down the stairs and saw someone in the lobby. "Stop right there. Who are you?

Eden awoke in the basemant of the hospital in one of the storage closets. She tried to remember what had gone wrong the night before when she noticed a few things. One she had a pip-boy like item on her left arm, it seemed to display her vitals and 'score'. Next was that she didn't have her power armor, she was now wearing the garb of a raider. Shorts and a tank top that showed her light body color made her feel uncomfortable. She turned to her right and saw her items, as she grabbed them she heard the same message other people in the arena would be hearing.

This is one messed up idea of a game, but maybe I can salvage some tech out here so my mission won't be a complete failure, Eden thought to herself.

She felt awkward, her rank meant nothing hear. Her survival would depend only on her skill. She grabbed her items and started making her way out of the basemant towards the hospital's sewer system.

Location: Arlington Cemetery.

Matt awoke to the broadcast of the game. He coughed up some blood.

"Probably from being knocked out" he thought.

He tried standing up but he was still dizzy so he lent on a grave stone. He tried to remember what had happened but he couldn't. The last thing he remembered was leading a slave back to Paradise Falls then nothing. He looked around to find he was in Arlington cemetery. Matt listened to the broadcast.

He began to laugh. "Sound like one hell of a game. Now I'm a slave."

Matt always loved a challenge. He decided that leaving the cemetery via the metro tunnel was his only choice besides he was bound to score a few points in there. Matt then noticed he was bleeding from his head.

"Also probably from the knock out." He thought.

So first thing first he would patch himself up.

"The hospital might have supplies and I could reach it through the metro tunnels."

His plan was set so he pulled out his Colt and began the long journey.

Location: Unknown building.

Adam's eyes started to open, his vision blurred, his back aching. He rubbed his eyes to clear his sight. He quickly swung up and coughed releasing a spray of blood onto the dirty cement floor. The bright light in the room was making his eyes hurt terribly. He raised his hand, unclenching it to block the light out of his eyes. He looked around and saw a few other people around the room who were not yet awake.

"Where am I?"

"Aah!" Adam grunted as a sharp pain shot out through his back, their was a large shard of glass laying on the ground, he propped it up against the wall and took off his hat, laying it beside him. He then pulled off his shirt and looked at his back through the make-shift mirror. "What the hell..." Adam mumbled under his breath. There was a large cut in the shape of an E on his back. He slipped his shirt back on, and then donned his hat. "What the hell is going on here!?" Adam yelled.

Location: Area outside Lady of Hope Hospital.

I looked around me and I chuckled, of course I'd be one to get stuck in some psycho's game. I sighed then looked around me, I saw movement in the Hopsital near me, the broadcast was still going on, of course this would be very... What's the word I was looking for? Dangerous. I hoped my training with the Enclave would come for something, of course it was terrible that I had been knocked out and lost my Power Armor! I grumbled something unintelligeble.

I walked towards the Lady of Hope Hospital, I entered slowly, I knew that this place was completely screwed up, no Mutants, nothing... I started when I heard a voice, I quickly opened the door and ran down a hall, I looked into a doorway into the lobby. There was someone standing there and another a little ways off, I raised my voice, "Ok, who the hell are you and what the hell are you doing here? Answer quickly, I want to get the hell out of this game and if I have to I'll kill you."

Adam could hear yelling. He looked around the room and walked up to one of the people that were still asleep. He checked his pulse. He was dead. They were all dead. "[censored]'it! What kind of sick game are you playing here you bastard!!" Adam blurted out before being interrupted by a broadcast emitting from the device on his wrist.

Adam checked the map on the device. He was in Our lady of Hope Hospital. But where exactly? "Allright all I have to do, is find an exit. From the look of it i'm underground, in some sort of basemant. He looked to the ceiling. There was a latch door attached to the ceiling.

"Alright, now i've just gotta get up there. But how?"

There wasn't a single object in the room besides the shard of glass. Adam looked around the room and saw nothing but atleast 9 bodies littered through out the room.

"Ohh, you sick [censored]."

Adam had no choice but to pile up the dead bodies and use them as a stool to get to the ceiling. Adam walked over to a body. The stench was terrible. Adam took a deep breath and held it. He grabbed the body by the arm and began to drag it towards the center of the room. Adam coughed, and gagged. He held in his vomit. He then proceeded to drag the rest of the bodies to the center of the room.

Adam dragged the last body to the pile. He then dragged it up to the top of the pile.

"Oh god this is disgusting."

Once atop the hill of bodies he reached for the door. He couldn't reach it. He took a deep breath and then jumped up to grab the latch. He grabbed it and pulled it down, a note fell from the hole in the ceiling.

Well done, you are the first person to successfuly pass this trap. Continue on to survive. -Esh

Adam then pulled himself up to a shaft in the ceiling. He crawled through it until he reached another latch door. He unlatched it and stood up out of it. Immediately he noticed the three people surrounding him, the one with the gun aimed his weapon at Adam. " Woah woah woah! Slow down their turbo! I'm hardly a threat.!" Adam announced, as the man's muscles loosened. Although he was still aiming at adam.

OOC: In my latest post I just ran into you guys, and I just edited my post putting my score and location in.

OOC: A lot is happening and I going to try to bring it together also the choice is yours if you want to be in a group or not. And guys keep the OCC to a minium, there is a site for that.

Location: Our Lady of Hope Hospital

Kain entered the lobby, it was brightly lit. After his eyes ajusted he saw a figure sitting in a chair reading a magazine and humming a inreconizable tune, from what Kain could tell, he had blonde hair that was the only reconizable thing about him right now. He quickly hid from the person fearing it might be Esh. He didn't think so, but there are few people who would be able to keep calm in a situation like this, a mad man or a skilled one.

A figure stumble from a door that would lead to the second story, he had dark shaggy hair and a very scarred face. The figure glanced at the one in the chair and tensed, their eyes locked and they were about to say something, when another figure entered the door. He had messy brown hair and a scar through his right eye. He shouted,

"Ok, who the hell are you and what the hell are you doing here? Answer quickly, I want to get the hell out of this game and if I have to I'll kill you."

The other two gazes shifted to this new person. No sooner did they look at him then, another figure came out of the same door the scarred face one did. He had black hair that almost covered his eyes, which were two blazing red orbs. He did not seem to see the situation at hand and shouted,

"Stop right there. Who are you?"

He must have not seen the others. This was a very precarious situation and Kain did not want to break it. The others just look at each other and sized each other up. The front door opened and disturbed the mood, a tall and slim guy stepped through. He was tan and his hair was quite messy, the others turned and stared. The guy in the chair seem to be taking this well and his gaze was always shifting, eyeing the situation. The guy with the scar through his eye, was taking this pretty well too, even with all the intrusions he remained calm. Another guy popped out of a latch on the floor and guns were immeditaly trained on him.

This keeps getting better and better.

He leapt from his cover and shouted, "Hey!"

All eyes turned to him and he began to sweat.

"I know you guys feel distrusfull of each other, but thats whats Esh wants you to be. If we don't forget about or factions will end up destroying ourselves to the satsfaction of Esh. If want survive we have to do it together."

Kain was interrupted by a Esh's voice through the transmitter.

I'm a bit dissapointed that no of you has manged to kill anyone yet an so I have stopped putting out the signal that keeps the monsters away from and soon they will be upon you. I hope you will be able to entertain me.

"Quick guys, what your decsion?"

Location: Our Lady of Hope Hospital

I looked at the man who'd just come out of the floor, I quickly started up again and manged to spit out, "Okay, what the hell..." Then all of a sudden everything seemed to go wrong, other people managed to come in and screw everything up, I quickly looked at the other man who'd spoken, I sighed, "Okay, whatever man, whatever, I hate this [censored] anyway. I'm with you, I don't like the prospect of getting completely screwed over, just... Whatever, I want to get back to..." I stopped.

I looked at him then took a breath, "I used to be in the Enclave, I've got enough training to take down a human EASILY, although, you seem good enough, you also look like your good with creatures... I'll make a deal with you then, so that neither of us get screwed over, I'll team up with you if you want, your choice there kid." I then looked at the others and I sighed, this could turn out any way.

Adam Leaped up out of the shaft. "Alright I agree with this guy. We either fight together or die." Adam stated as he took off his hat and ruffled his hair. Adam put his hat back on and then walked over to the man who had just spoken and shook his hand "Hey, the names Adam. Well, atleast I'm pretty sure it is." Adam noted as the man shook Adam's hand. Adam looked over to the man with scar through his eye, and greeted him also.

OOC: I'm going to go to sleep for the night, 5:06 AM here so i'm tired. I should be awake in about 7 hours so dont go to far without me please? thanks! :turtle:

Location: Arlington Metro

Matt made to the metro system without any trouble. He pulled open the rusty gate just enough to squeeze through into the metro. He pulled out his Colt 45 and checked it. It was in working order. Luckily because he could hear sounds of life echoing through the tunnels they sounded like Sprinters.

"[censored]." Matt swore.

He had limited ammo as it is and by the sounds of the beasts there was more than one. The metro was dark and eerie but Matt had to keep calm if he was going to get out alive. Matt continued on through the gates of the metro then down the stairs to the tracks. He had to look for signs as he wasn't one hundred percent sure which direction to go. He managed to find a directory on the station. He found a stop that said.

"Access to Our Lady of Hope Hospital from Freedom Street Station"

Unfortunately for Matt that was where the noise was coming from. He had to press on other wise he would die from blood loss. He was damned if he did and damned if he didn't. He continued down the tunnel hoping not to reach a dead end. He walked for what felt like hours although he couldn't be sure. He finally made it to the station. The noises of the Sprinters had stopped but that wasn't always a good thing they could be stalking him. Matt went up to the escalators and was happy he was about to leave.

Suddenly he heard a snarl from behind him. He turned to see four Sprinters attempting to encircle him. He slowly started to back up the stairs and didn't dare make any sudden movements. As he was backing up the stairs he didn't lift his leg high enough, he tripped. The sudden movement alerted the Sprinters and they began to run at him. Matt left a few shots in hope of killing one or frightening them off. They weren't frightened although Matt saw one go down he wasn't sure if it was dead or not.

Matt got up and sprinted up the escalators and towards the exit. When he got there the gates were shut again and he didn't have much gain on the beasts they were catching. Matt pried open the metro gate and began to squeeze through. One of the sprinters latched onto his leg. Matt fired two shots into its head killing the beast. Now that he was at the hospital he would have to get something for his leg. He heard a voice through the transmitter.

"Very Good four points"

Matt smiled.

Eden was lost in the labyrinth like basemant of the hospital. She thought she was heading in the direction of the sewers when she found a stairwell leading up. She let out a long sigh, it wasn't worth it to her to turn around and get lost again. Eden checked her things, she had four clips for her MP5. As she made her way up the stairs her pip-boy thing made another announcement.

Eden cursed under her breath, she thought she could hear the growls of ghouls coming from the basemant now. She held her gun a little tighter to her shoulder.

After reaching the top of the stairs she came into a hallway. One way led down to the lobby and the other further into the hospital. She decided the lobby would be her best bet. Silently she crept through the destroyed door frame. She noticed something, there were other people in the lobby. She panicked from the sight and tried to turn around, but she tripped up on a rotting chair. Her weapon made a loud clang from hitting the floor, and soon her back connected with the tile as well, knocking the wind out of her. She hoped the group wouldn't kill her.

Ten minutes in, and I already lost The Game, she thought to herself.

A loud "CLANG!' suddenly filled the abandoned hospital, echoing just perfectly enough for Victor to know the general direction it came from. He started toward the stairwell leading to the basemant, drawing his .45 and checking on his ammo status. "Two clips for my .45, four for my M16... Hm, more then enough to take some mutie out.", he thought to himself.

Victor hadn't intended to kill a fellow wastelander for the game masters sick pleasure, knowing he'd lose his humanity in the process. Instead he'd wipe out every monster the bastard sent his way, and make a point to be as brutal as possible so the other contestants wouldn't dare to try their luck on Victor.

As he got closer to the origin of the sound, he spotted a young woman on the floor, a look like she just messed up in the worst possible way on her face. "So, it was you that made that sound. Tell you what, you don't try to kill me, and I won't kill you. This guy wants us offing each other for his enjoyment, and that's last thing I think you or I want to do." With that Victor extended a hand and lowered his sidearm to his side, still ready to fire on the woman should she try to do the same to him.

Jonathan was silent and thinking of what he should do. Anyone there could open fire at any moment. He decided to side with them as the chances of living with them would be higher than alone. "Okay guys i'm siding with you."

Thats when a loud sound came from a door way and everyone was instantly on it so he wen't to see where the sound came from with Victor. There was a woman on the floor and from the looks of it she tripped. "It's okay none of us here want to hurt you, well that is if you join us." He saw her weapon on the floor so he picked it up. "Well look at this, it's the exact same weapon I have! Well here you go." Jonathan walked closer and passed her the weapon. "So whats your name? I'm Jonathan ex Merc."

Rice was amazed. All these people had poured in all of the sudden. And the fact that monsters were after him shocked him. He had to move. "Sorry to interrupt this reunion, but I've got to get out of here." The thought of teaming up hadn't occurred to him. He knew that he would be much faster and quieter by himself although not having friends would probably effect him in the long run. His plan was to find this wall and try to get out, any way possible. He walked out the door leaving the others behind. He decided he would head up to G.N.R studios. If the rumors were true thats were Esh was and maybe he could get some "tips" from this guy. He would start in the metro. He cautiously walked up to the gate. Blood was on the ground, and two sprinters body's were right in front of him.

"Looks like someone else got some points." he mumbled to himself. He knew that sprinters usually hunted in packs so there was a chance that he could also get points. He headed down. The metro stunk as usual. He hated traveling in the metros. The dampness and loneliness always got to him. But he knew he could make up much more ground than the other contestants. I've got to find shelter, somewhere I can safely sleep Rice thought. He moved through a dark tunnel. When he finally got to the end he saw the map. He was very close to the Arlington Cemetery. Once he got there he could easily get to the Washington Monument. Which meant he was very close to G.N.R studios. Suddenly he heard it. The sound of ghouls. Immediately he crouched in a corner.

Then they came. Three feral ghouls. Normals. Rice brought up his rifle, but before he could get a shot of the ghoul knocked his gun away. Rice reached for his knife and swung it in an arcing motion. It clipped the ghouls shoulder and bounced of. The ghoul didn't feel it. Rice swung again. This time the ghoul quickly dodged and wacked him in his face. He yelped and fell back. Blood spilled on his vest. The ghoul was coming again but this time Rice was the faster person he shoved the ghoul to the ground and brought up his knife. The blade easily slit across the ghouls throat and a couple seconds later it stopped squirming.

Rice looked up to find the other ghouls watching their friend get killed. They were about to pounce when Rice brought up his rifle which he had recently recovered. He fired the gun and it busted a hole in the ghoul. The other one screamed and ran. Rice smiled. "Looks like I've got a hide and seek match." Then he ran after the ghoul, eager to get some points.

Adam watched as the short strong looking man ran out the door.

"...I don't see how this is a reunion, considering we've never met before. Which would mean we've never been united before. Which would also mean, its impossible for us to reunite. Considering we've never been united in the first place." Adam remarked.

He looked at the rest of the group, who were all looking at him with strange faces.

"I have OCD." Adam laughed. "Yea, I know. OCD in the wasteland doesn't seem to fit in right?" Adam pointed out. He saw the girl who had just walked up to the group. Brock was nearing the hospital. He figured someone or something must be there for medical supplies. As he was nearing the hospital Brock looked at the nearby trash can. Brock walked over and dug his hand in deep, pulling out a single bullet for his rifle.

"Agh,I didn't even look to see if it was loaded!" Brock Said

He checked his gun and, not suprisingly, it wasn't loaded.

"Damn" Brock said, and thought about going back to look for ammo. He was already pretty close to the hospital, but he wasn't going to kill many people without bullets. But in the end he decided to keep on going towards the hospital.

Location: Our Lady of Hope Hospital

Adam saw a man that looked alot like a raider off in the distance. "I'll be right back" Adam said.

Ugh..hope this guy isn't hostile.

Adam walked towards the man, "Hey! Hows it going!" Adam yelled to the man. "You know, right now isn't the best time to be out here, considering Esh just unleashed a [censored] load of monsters to come tear us to pieces!" Adam remarked.

But he still had his gun raised, and pointed towards Adams face. "Hey, you wouldn't happen to have any food would you? I'm really starting to get hungry." Adam teased again.
