The Game Won't Read Any Input

Alright, so I've had FO3 since November, and I've modded Oblivion rather extensively in the past, so I decided last week to start modding this. Things were going kinda-okay at first; I wanted all the generic "Big Mods", so I pretty much just grabbed FWE, FOOK, WMK, and the necessary FOIP patches. I made the (perceived) mistake of upgrading to FOOK 2 v1.1 which seemingly made it impossible to patch the mods satisfactorily, as most required specific FOOK plugins that were merged in the 1.1 update. In game I was encountering a number of errors (land tearing in a subway, CTD's, etc), so I decided I'd downgrade to FOOK 2 v1 so I could patch properly. I'm reasonably sure I uninstalled/reinstalled everything correctly, upgraded everything to ESM, BOSS'd, made the merged patch, and loaded up FOSE, but realized almost immediately that Fallout 3 was no longer accepting any kind of user input; my mouse, touch pad, and keyboard were all being ignored in their entirety (it just kept scrolling the the slideshow before the main menu because I couldn't skip it or click anything). Anyways, since then, I have tried launching through both FOSE and the default FO3.exe (to no avail), restarting FOMM, restarting my PC, etc etc, but as of yet nothing has worked. I can't imagine what could be causing this error, but my LO is as follows. Thank you in advance for your time!

NOTE:
I do have FOSE, FO3Edit, FOMM, and FOMasterUpdate all installed, and all were working fine (at least seemingly) up until today. Only mods I've added since my previous game are the downgraded version of FOOK 2, all the parts of EVE (which was supposedly included in the newer FOOK 2), and newly viable patches from FOIP.
