Just wanted to get a feel from the community about which games they're "leaving" to join the Brink gaming community after the game's release. I personally am leaving the CoD and Battlefield games to devote myself to Brink like a maniac for a well deserved rest after finals.

And by "leave", I mean playing a game that you regularly play and identify yourself as a member of that game's community. You can be apart of multiple gaming communities or just one. Everyone has their own flavor.

I said it a while back in the "What game are you migrating from"-Thread: I won't actually leave any game for BRINK. I'll come back to them every now and then.

But as for games that I played before and then won't be playing as much anymore: APB, CoD: MW2 and R6V2.

I've already pretty much left TF2, as I'm currently bored of it, and I'm sure I'll be leaving Bad Company 2 for Brink.

I also recently found the multiplayer in Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood. It's not great, but it's fairly fun. I got the game as part of a bundle a while ago, and didn't even know it had multiplayer until a few days ago. It was a nice surprise, and should help me keep sane until Brink arrives, just because it's somewhat different than most other shooters.

I actually do not have a steady game which I play on a daily basis. Its usually whatever I just received from Gamefly, and maybe BF:BC2 if anyones up for Vietnam.

I'll be leaving MAG (game had alot of potential but unfortunately the developers couldn't see that...). So its on to BRINK.

Black Ops. I won't LEAVE Marvel vs Capcom 3. But I'll play Brink more. I don't think I'll want to play COD for anything. So, Call of Duty, period.

I'll be enjoying my copy of Crysis 2 aaaallll the way up to may 13. :3

Then im getting my Brink on B)

I've gone from MW2 to BFBC2 and I stopped that to play Borderlands again.

I think that Brink will bring the kind of customization I've wanted in a shooter (which when compared to most is a gigantic leap) and the kind of game play that is missing for gamers like me. I like to shoot at people and laugh as they crumple to the ground (oh my is it fun) but the joy in completing a series of objectives as a team instead of whoring out for an awesome kill/death ratio score.

I'm glad something like this came along to give us strategy players something other than CoD to play. BF was cool and all but obviously the customization in this just pee'd all over that. Halo was fun but like CoD that has a bunch of 6 year olds always yelling in your ears. The games that last the longest don't have masses of people playing because it's the "in" game (CoD), it's those games that have a good community that play as a team that survive the years. Until Brink 2, this will be my community :foodndrink:

You just make a big boat and have a couple of animals head's poking out with an old man on the deck of the boat. Rainbow over the image is up to you.

Wait, am I thinking of a different Ark?

I don't really leave games, but I'll most likely be playing AC:B and replaying the mass effect series until launch
