The ending was amazing. It brought a tear to my eye.

Very good writing. It's nice to know their are more writers on the forum that care about character development. I was suprised how short the story was considering this thread is six pages long, but I guess the fan comments filled it up a bit. My only complaint is the length of the story. Too short for my taste, then again my story is going to be longer than Homer's Odyssey so maybe I just have a preconception that a good story ought to be long. You know, to make the goodness last. ;)

Well I hope that you decide to make another story some time in the future. I'll be keeping an eye out for it.

I honestly would have loved to write 20 chapters. But I want to keep readers without looking like George Lucas, IE extending it for the sake of ego and so on. (Chapter 10 was how I wanted Ch.20 to end)

About how he was sad that they had to be removed I think.

Well, in honesty he was indifferent to doing it, he was just trying to talk his way out of being held at gunpoint by a female paladin remnant

Saved Ted, revealed Mortimer as the Cannibal, saved the WGS's hide and said to Heck that I didn't know who kidnapped him.

Nice work Colonel, I loved the idea of seeing the "Luxury" side of New Vegas. I would love to see more work from you, one hell of a writer you are.

Wow. Just wow, that may just be the best Fanfic yet. Kinda short, but touching. I may just have to return to New Vegas and take the Mr. House route :)

I agree with Colby, you are a hell of a writer.

I think the bump compliments say something; even if you are finished, it's still damned amazing.

Write for Fallout, will you?

No problem Colonel, your writing is truly a GEM in the Fallout Fan Fiction part of the boards. I will be sure to pass this around to my Fallout fanatic friends of mine. Kudos to you sir.

Thank you! I can't say when a 'Next One' will be. I'm tossing around a few ideas for a Caesars Legion or NCR one. I'm thinking of making them run along side the Gem of the Mojave storyline, or at least it's beginnings, IE it'll end with the CL/NCR character leaving with his troops being forced out of the Mojave by Justin and Mr. House.

I've got a question, what happened with the Remnants? You mentioned that Arcade was an Enclave Citizen, so you must have completed For Auld Lang Syne.

Honestly, I don't know much about the ending of Remnants, but Arcade, my preferred route is encouraging him to stay in Freeside and help take care of of the injured when the Battle for Hoover Dam occurs. So unbeknownst to Justin in the FF, Arcade, like in the slide, settles down as a family doctor in the Boneyard. The remnants though, I assume either went away elsewhere to hide once more from the NCR.

Yeah I remember it does just say that they disappeared, no matter the ending; though in all endings striking fear even into the side they are helping! Finally got around to reading your fic, damn good. Loved the murder of the Paladin, even if Justin did puss out afterwards :P

Maybe I'm just too used to being Sutler; I hope you feel the same for all those Enclave soldiers you killed in F3.
