The Ghouls of Memor

The citizens of the small California town, Memor were forgotten when the bombs dropped. However, somehow they survived. The radiation took its toll on the citizens who refused to leave Memor. They turned into ghouls, all of them. Most of them are still alive, and a few more ghouls have joined their town. Memor's leader, Thomas has finally done it.

After the scouting party found a long-forgotten vault called, "Vault 13" he stole the weapons and used it to arm the Ghouls of Memor. Memor began to raid small settlements nearby, taking people and dipping them in irradiated lakes and holding them there. The irradiated ones became ghouls and citizens of Memor. Eventually, Memor got powerful enough to start attacking places like Vault City, the Hub, and New Reno.

The year is 2292. For some reason, you have a reason to stop the Ghouls of Memor. You are the last hope of the West Coast. If Memor succeeds in their quest, they will be able to take over NCR. You must be the stopping force. President Samuel of NCR is offering a ten-thousand cap reward each, the Wright family of New Reno is offering a five-thousand cap reward each, and Vault City is offering citizenship to everyone, and the position of First Citizen to whoever leads the expedition.

Will you answer the call against the Ghouls of Memor?

Rules

1. I am in charge.
2. No killing or stealing from other players without permission.

Heres my sheet, im not too sure of the 'class' section so im not sure if thats correct. If theres anything i need to change just let me know.

Name: Reyden Dellas (Rey)
Race (Super Mutant, Human, or Ghoul): Human

Class: Mercenary. (Ex-Raider)
Class Description: Rey has basic experience of firing small type guns, he specialises in the modification of hand guns. He has no knowledge of energy weapons & the only medical skill he has is using a stimpak. He is fairly un-intelligent and has a hard time trying to crack the simplest of computer passwords. Although his medical and scientific skills lack, he makes up for it with his ability to pick locks. Due to a compound fracture of his left arm, he is also insufficiently skilled in fighting hand to hand due to a weakened arm.

Weapons: .44 magnum,
Armour: The only armour he possesses is a black Combat helmet with a white stripe looted from the corpse of a dead soldier.
Medical: 3 bottles of whisky, 2 bottles of gin.
Literature (Books): He has one copy of dean’s electronics; he uses this for rolling paper to smoke his tobacco.
Misc.: Four bobby pins, a flat head screw driver with no handle, his lucky shot glass (the shot glass has an engraved golden capital R on the side, he will only drink alcohol from this.) & Three 250g homemade pouches of tobacco.

Biography: Rey was part of a savage group of raiders who were intent on pillaging the downtown Los Angeles area. His team consisted of 14 other men born into the raider way of life. They were un-aware of the fact that downtown Los Angeles resembled something of the DC ruins; filled with super mutants. His team were torn apart after stumbling through the hunting grounds of a behemoth. Rey managed to escape after doing a ‘deal with the devil’ so to speak. He traded his companion’s lives for his own. After escaping to the outskirts of downtown Los Angeles he decided to drop his Raider ways and took a ‘cap-in-hand’ job guarding a trade caravan headed to New Reno. It was there that he was introduced to the Wright family, and then told of the large bounty placed on a group of Ghouls named ‘The Ghouls of Memor’. He vowed to himself never to betray his companions again, and if the time came, he himself would sacrifice his life to better the progress of the group.

Class: Walking First-aid. He supplies all the stimpacks and has the medical know how to diagnose and cure (and even knows how to make a couple advancements given time). He has no training with big guns what soever (pistols and rifles).

Biography: David wasn't always a medic. He was born in Rivet City and as a child had a fondness for weapons. His parents didn't agree with such a thing so they used to take him to the cities laboratory, where he learned from Pinkerton.

At the time, Pinkerton was a nicer fellow, so he happily taught him everything he knew about medicine. The last thing David was taught before Pinkerton left was how to do facial surgery. Soon after the old man left though, when David was only 21, his parents died of disease.

Stuck on thinking it was his fault they died and knowing he had the medical knowledge to save them, David spiraled into disaster and in a blind rage made a big scene at the Muddy Rudder, the city bar. The escapade got him thrown out of Rivet City with nothing but his dads security armor, and a backpack stuffed with all his valuables.

Over a span of 12 years, the Wasteland has corrupted David into an old bitter bastard with a medical chip on his shoulder. His travel's looking for places to go and people to heal, ended him up in New Reno.

Class Description: Master in throwing knives and good with explosives like grenades. She could use small arms, but prefers the throwing weapons over a pistol. She's also good at bartering.

Weapons: 5 Throwing Knives and 5 Frag Grenades
Armor: Leather pants with some slots for the throwing knives, two belts with the grenades attached to them and a dirty, old pre-war T-shirt.
Medical: None
Food/Water: A plastic bottle filled with dirty water.
Literature: None
Misc: A few bottlecaps and a lighter.

Biography:
Christin was born in the area around The Hub. Both her parents were working in the caravan business, supplying the other settlements with goods from the Hub. Chirstin usualy traveled with them and had some basic knowlage of all the local towns. So on the age of 17 she ran away from her parents in search of some great fortune down at the Boneyard. Just like most other scavangers there she didn't find anything but old scrap and useless junk. There she realised that leaving her home in the Hub was a bad idea, but she had to go on. Her first days were lonely but eventually she made friends among the local scavangers. Soon it turned out that one of the scavangers was actualy a raider that was preparing things for his crew's assault. When Christin found out that she had to make a hard choise - to join his crew and keep her mouth shut, while earning a lot of caps or to do the right thing and warn the other scavangers. Ofcourse in that moment greed and fear played a big role in her choise and she decided to join them. Everything worked out well, many scavengers were killed or taken as slaves to be sold at the Den and Christin had a full pocket of caps and was really happy for the first time after she left the Hub. The next 6 years of her life she sticked with the raiders and learned some fighting skills of her own, gathered equipment and enjoyed her life. While travaling across the wastes she crossed the town of New Reno where she found out of the bounty on the ghouls of Memor. The five thousand caps the Wright family offered were enough to convince her to go on that suicide mission.

Class Description: The specialist serves as the brains on the operation. He is trained to hack terminals, pick locks, stay out of sight, get people to give information. They are highly-skilled hackers with basic knowledge of guns, first-aid, and they tend to not stop until the job is done.

Weapon(s): Ten-Millimeter Pistol, Trench Knife, Wrist-Blade.
Armor/Clothing: Black-Pinstripe Pre-War Suit.
Medical: A First-Aid Kit with the Med-X used.

Biography: When the bombs dropped, Brian was sixteen. He didn't make it to Vault 15 where his family was supposed to go, instead he hid in the sewers of Reno. He came out after the explosions stopped, with only a picture of his family, him, and his girlfriend, the clothes on his back, and a kitchen knife he had to survive. Over time, his skin started to fall off, as well as some of his hair. He didn't mind so much.

After twenty years, he discovered Vault 13, the "Promised Land" he told himself. When he tried to get in, the Vault Security shoved guns in his face and told him to leave. Brian wondered after that, he grew a distrust of humans. He moved to the town of Los in the midwest. Los was a city of people just like him, however the Super Mutant Army of the Master invaded and slaughtered the ghouls.

Once again, Brian left in search of greener pastures. One day while travelling to the "Ruins of New York," he passed out from the heat. When he awoke, a human stood over him. The human gave him some possessions and taught him the skills of a "Specialist." For years they travelled together, then one day some guy called, "The Vault Dweller," shot his companion. His emotions grew into a shield, he became callous and irritable.

Brian then found himself in Memor. He was just like them, just like in Los. However, he learned of their ghoul-supremacy tactics and left. Ever since the Ghouls of Memor have been hunting down the only one to ever learn the truth and flee... Now he must confront his past and destroy Memor, or else. The only thing to make it so hard, was the mayor of Memor was his older brother, Samuel...

Biography: Born in Vault city he was exiled because he was selling their tech to natives and tribals. He thought for sure that he would die in the wastes but he joined a mercenary group who remembered him from his trading career. They took him in and trained him and after he got good enough, allowed him into their mercenary band.

Now he has heard about the ghouls of Memor and now he had a chance to get back into Vault city. He set off to find the people offering the rewards. He has nothing against the ghouls he just wants to get back home.

Edit: However, more to backstory, and more to class-description. Is he good at other skills or poor at them?

Skills: Excellent Scout, Trap Remover, Talented with rifles and most pistols but has little understanding of other guns, when forced can use his knife with efficiency. Terrible at dealing with locks and can't repair equipment well.

History: Lucien was born in New Vegas and lived there all of his childhood. Lucien's mother died when he was two and his father was not around often as his work with the NCR kept him quite busy. Due to this Lucien was sent to Redding to be raised by his aunt and uncle. when he was old enough Lucien joined the Redding police force and kept the peace in the mining town. Eventually he signed up with the NCR Rangers and fought against Caesar's Legion but quit six months after joining because he didn't like taking orders. Lucien turned to freelance mercenary work and sold his services all over the wasteland.

Over the years Lucien has traveled all across the wasteland working with various mercenary groups. He is now trying to deal with the threat of the expanding forces of the Ghouls of Memor.
