I've recently got this radiant quest and heard mixed things about the effect it has on your spouse. Some people say that there is change in their spouses appearance, others say the opposite and that their spouse received they typical amber eyes of vampires. I've come to the conclusion that the quest is bugged obviously, but that this bug is hit and miss and effects some people while not affecting others.

I'm wondering if anyone has any work around to this? I haven't tried turning my spouse into a vampire yet because I wan't to make sure they get the vampire eyes. Does anyone know of anyway to increase my chances of this happening?

Their eyes will be black with red irises but will not glow.

Then they don't know what they're talking about. They've spread misinformation because they assumed that their spouse would have glowing eyes and call it a bug when it's not.

No I mean I've seen screenshots of spouses with glowing eyes. I suppose they could have been modded though.

They would have to be modded by changing the spouse's race. That will break their facegen, though.

Every playthroughs I've done my spouse has never gotten the glowing eyes. I was quite disappointed I might add. Would've been cool to see Jordis with glowing eyes.

Do they at least get the vanilla vamp eyes?
