The aedra only have the avatars because that is their only form the tiny minded people of Mundus can comprehend.

Well, the mortals comprehend the planets, which are also forms of the gods.

The Aedra often appear as avatars to mortals. See the imperial temple quests in Morrowind, and Tiber Septim's avatar Wulf from the Morrowind MQ as well as the avatar of Akatosh from the Oblivion MQ

Sure they can: just as soon as you, when you create a video game, can manifest yourself as you are, your true self, to the mortals in that video game.

Hold on, by gods do you mean aedra or daedra? The Nine Divines are the Imperial/Nordic compromise that does not accurately represent the aedra, even if it seems to do an ok job so far. Yes, the aedra gave a lot of themselves up in the creation of Mundus, which is what seperates them from daedra. The avatars of the aedra are few and far between, but they are basically the god's will turned into a mortal being or similar metaphysical being. They use them to directly interfere with our world (ie Dagon and Akatosh at the end of the Oblivion main quest)

but is it posible for those gods to real manifestest before us

You can talk to a divine without an avatar, I assume that is what the shrine blessings are. Unless that is just game mechanics. But no, the aedra cannot manifest themselves directly onto Tamriel without an avatar. I'm sure the aedra could affect the mortals somehow, but I'm not entirely certain of a precedent.

If you speak of the daedra, however, that is entirely different story. I assumed since you mentioned the Nine that you meant aedra.

Since they can alter their appearance to what they feel be most suitable, yes.

There is no accurate representation of the Aedra. Varieties of Faith in the Empire and the Monomyth should make that clear. How come the Nordic Gods, which are also members of the Elven Pantheon are present at both sides of the war between Lorkhan and Auriel? How come they are all fighting themselves?

I do believe that for daedra this is altogether possible, does anybody recall when you first enter the SI, Haskill says that the gate appeared because Sheogorath willed it to be, he also said that it wasn't an attack on Mundus so nothing was stopping it.

This would explain why MD couldn't do it at first, because he was invading Mundus a violation of the laws of that world, he had to force his way through which took time. On the other hand if he had come with neutral intentions towards the inhabitants of Mundus, daedric princes can influence things outside their realm, but this is only feasible if the prince has no offensive intentions toward mundus.

Who's that in reply too?

I don't think "intent" is the proper yardstick. Rather it seems no Daedra can enter Mundus at all without some form of invitation. Examples would summoning, somewhat more permanent summoning (both described in Darkest Darkness) and the Oblivion Gates.

Sheogoraths Gate merely was an invitation for mortals to enter his realm. Not the other way around.
