The Golden oldies

I must say I love the original idea of using old fashioned songs as the backdrop music to Fallout 3, it adds a kind of creepy nostalgia. However, I wish they'd added more as they keep on repeating and it eventually grows annoying.

"I don't want to set the world on fire," lol, there should be a competition for anyone who guesses the singer, must be 1920s at least?

Those 'Lazy, hazy, crazy days of summer' would have been a nice nostalgic addition, can anyone think of any other old classics? I'm sure they'd be easy to add.

The ink spots, lol, that sounds quite a modern name for a band, a competition would have been better than the wiki but nevermind, it'll probably be number 1 in the charts next week. Anyway it's quite a good game to relax to after several hours hard MERP modding.

I agree, the music quickly got VERY old and uninteresting, I found that a certain station you get by completing a quest took far less time to get annoying, but hours and hours later both were off.

I like the music a lot, but I do wish there were more of it. They could have written a few songs for the game.

Some more music would be cool for a piece of DLC. Or more talking on the radio. Not something I'd probably pay for, but would be cool for a free DL.

Agreed. I like what the music does for the setting and It's utterly fantastic how that "certain" station and broadcaster ties the character into the game world but a greater variety coming from that station and others would be cool. Would love to see them put in more coming from that rival station that deals with the MC as well.

'Smoke Get's in Your Eyes' would have been another apt choice

and I'm searching for midnight with the stars and you from the film The Shining but I can't find it :(
