(SPOILER ALERT) I know Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas where linked together in certain ways, but lets say Fallout new Vegas was based on what choices that could have been made in Fallout 3.

The Vault Dweller betrays the brotherhood joining the ranks of the Enclave, Poisoning the water killing many of D.C population taking D.C for themselves without much Brotherhood to defend the area. The Enclave turn ther eyes to Hoover damn and Vegas wanting to seek more power to reclaim, purify America. With the strike force leader of the vault dweller the legion camp is crushed on arrival and before the Republic knows whats the couse of the legion camp destruction. Vertabirds darken the skies as a fleet drops in tesla troops and guns down the helpless NCR. Scouts from Enclave bunkers nearby helping the fast moving army of Enclave.

The NCR is crushed at there camps retreat back to California as the Verta birds set there eyes on Vages. Wanting to us vages as a base camp Tesla troops gatling lazer down all the remainds.Without any idea of the securitrons that where too be fighting back on the reports and Vages allmost under controll the vault dweller heads into the lucky 38 by himself seeking to find the truth of this Mr.House.

The elevator door open and the courier and the dweller meet eye to eye. With no peace agreemeant between the two a great battle awakens using all there weapons on there arsenal as Mr.house watches with pleasure he ready's the Mark2 securitrons that suround Vages where the Enclave ready there base camp, and without warning all hell goes loose! Write The Next Part Of The Story!

Why would the enclave travel from naravo to dc then las vegas? Naravo to dc is about 2,184,9 milles then 2,407.6 milles they would have to walk that which would take forever.
Also vertibirds can't fly that far they can only fly about 175 milles

Wouldn't make any sense for the Enclave to head back west, the NCR's only gotten more powerful while they've gotten weaker. NCR'd give them another whupping and send them on their way; if they took Navarro at the height of its power they can certainly win 40 years later, especially after building up a core of troops experienced at fighting power-armored enemies with better training.

I always saw them as going to DC to reestablish the old United States at its heart, in any case. Doesn't make any sense for them to go back West.

Doesn't matter if there are, they would have zero reason to go running back into another asskicking by NCR. If NCR took them down forty years ago, what do you think they'd do to them after so much time to build up while the Enclave hasn't grown much at all?

Ncr would whoop there asses like back in naravo if I where them and the lw helped me I'd stay kill the bos there and restore dc as good as they can

All you gotta do is put the Courier vs. the Enclave, the Lone Wanderer didn't do too bad in Broken Steel. Maybe House should bring up that Securitron Army that he was using against Oliver.......hmm..... Courier and Securitron Army vs. the Enclave. The Enclave Air Force Base was destroyed by ONE man alone. Shouldn't be too hard for the Securitron Army to take down the Enclave, the Courier is like 5 Securitron Armies, he's The Monster of the Grave.

The Enclave's orbital attack satellite is out of missiles as of the end of Broken Steel IIRC.

Realistically, if they go back west NCR would hand them their asses on a silver platter. NCR whupped the West Coast Brotherhood, which is bigger and stronger than the FO3 Enclave.

Yes but what numbers are we talking about here for the BOS numbers in the west. They clearly didnt have enough troops to go on a full scale war.

Maybe the Enclave reconized the boomers power and training and used them for great uses to harrass the NCR gave them some vertabirds and let them do some damage. (Trained them gave them some gear and said kill all savages)

No concrete numbers are given, but we know the Enclave army was likely only hundreds strong at the height of its power, and the Western BoS probably had a few thousand troopers max.

They had enough manpower to send off two pretty large detachments and still pose a credible threat to NCR. That means thousands.

And the enclave where destroyed in 2 yet they have hundreds in 3 even though they only had naravo left in California which had very few soldiers and scientists
