Wow this is what i wanted new vegas to be. Too bad. Actual weather better enviorments and just the look is alot better.

I cant wait im gonna buy new vegas on pc soon just so i can some mods that add weather and others thins possibly.

Yes Honest Hearts is beautiful. I love it. I think it may be my favorite fallout DLC of all time (except for maybe Point Lookout which was awesome as well).
