ooc: I think the khans could have a few APA suits but they are modfiled enclave gear that they found/ were given By NWBOS, they aren't manufacturing the armour.

OOC: I agree, they perhaps are here to get more suits from MwBOS in trade if possible. Those first few suits were given as an enticement to purchase more.

OOC: I think the Khans can manafacture the PA but to a limited degrree and reserved for the Keshig and the Generals. They have natural resources but since PA is very advanced, they need electronics nad only managed to get some.

OOC: Lyon's BoS and West Coast BoS can't even manufacture their own PA, they scavenge the suits. The NCR doesn't either (their modified suits come from dead Brotherhood). The only factions that have ever made their own PA in-lore as far as I'm aware is the Enclave and MWBOS.

We never neared the Capital Wastes but perhaps we will. I remember something about the Holy Midwestern Brotherhood sending a small battilion of soldiers to fight you, they were poorly armed and lacked food as punishment for retreating in the West. That's probably who you're thinking of.

OOC:The Pitt with the Backing of some MWBOS forces attacked the ECBOS, they pushed the ECBOS into the Capital Wasteland outskirts, but the ECBOS was able to rally the merc groups (Talon, Regulators, Reilly’s Rangers), the settlements (Megaton, Rivet City, Underworld, Big Town, Republic of Dave) and even the outcasts, together they push back enemy force into the outskirts of Philly. There forces were bogged down, and each side took heavy losses. (From the first post on page 1)

ooc: I was wondering were vegas and Pitt Nertural to each other during the war? I had been going along the lines that they were, With this in mind vegas also never attacked the khans or MWBOS , just defened the Mojave against the legion.



Vegas can supply you with combat armour and Sleath suits mk3, they can dispense various chems into the user. Sorry we couldn't help you in the war but house has diffculty controlling the secuirtion army outside the Mojave in Large numbers.


Most we created before the Great war by the pervious owners of BigMt as far as we can tell Cyberdog were created to be smarter, faster, stronger than any dog alive. they can also live much longer than the normal dog, with the crouiers dog being atleast 200 years old.

The few Cyberdog we have personally created were breed for war, there mechanical parts greatly inproving their affectiviness is battle and the increase Intellgance allows them to make use of tatics instead of simply charging at the enemy.

OOC: The Pitt gave a couple of hundred men to the Legion to help with their attacks.

Some at Hoover Dam but the majority went to attack the NCR.

Faction: The Institute is the capitol of the old New England Commonwealth in name only: most 'citizens' don't know it exists. The Institute prefers it this way. Gives them more time for research and solving the problems of dirt-scratchers is beneath them. They only interact with the other settlements when in direct danger or by trade caravans passing through.
Population: Who knows.
Technology level: In the Institute- Fantastic. Wasteland- How are we supposed to know?

During the War of Ideas: The Institute remained officially neutral, but that didn't stop them from trying to sell weapons to both sides. As a consequence both sides attacked Institute caravans. The war also put a stop to the exports of crucial minerals, and spare parts. They have been trying to resume them.
