Welcome to xXCryptoXx's guide to the greatest Fallout 3 class!

This class primarily utilizes sneak and unarmed in order to deliver crushing OHK critical strikes.

*Notes

- Out of laziness, I do not collect skill books. If you are a skill book collector, please factor this into the class and adjust accordingly.

- The DLC, Operation Anchorage is essential to this class due to the Chinese Stealth Armor only being obtainable through it.

- Parenthesis provide additional information. For example, next to Strength under the SPECIAL section, I have put "Ant Might" in parenthesis. This means that Ant Might is a perk that must be obtained to boost strength.

Now let's dive into it.

SPECIAL

S: 4 (Bobblehead)(Ant Might)

*Strength isn't particularly necessary in this build. This class does not utilize melee weapons nor does it carry very much due to being extremely low maintence. Most of the time I carried less than 70 pounds at a time.

P: 5 (Bobblehead)

*Perception is pretty good mostly due to being able to see enemies on your compass soon. This allows you to get into sneaking position earlier. It also gives a boost to lockpick and energy weapons which although not crucial to class, is still somewhat useful.

E: 9 (Bobblehead)

*Boosts the unarmed skill, hit points, and various resistances. This is very handy for the build.

C: 1

*This class does not utilize barter or speech.

I: 6 (Bobblehead)

*Gives proper boosts to repair, medicine, and science. The skill point distribution is well balanced for the skills that need to be upgraded.

A: 9 (Bobblehead)

*This class utilizes VATS. Bonuses to sneak are great for this class. Bonus to small guns is cool too.

L: 6 (Bobblehead)(Lucky Shades)(ThreeDog's Headwrap)(Lucky 8 ball)

*This class is absolutely centered around critical hits. The highest critical hit chance as possible is necessary for this class, and therefore luck must be at 6 and boosted to 10 by various means.

SKILLS

Tag Unarmed, Sneak, and Repair

Unarmed - 90(Bobblehead)

Sneak - 65 (Bobblehead)(Silent Running)(Chinese Stealth Armor)

Repar - 90 (Bobblehead)

Medicine - 90 (Bobblehead)

Lockpick - 65 (Bobblehead)

Science - 65 (Bobblehead)

Barter - 40 (Bobblehead)

*Barter is optional. This class is extremely low maintence. It does not use ammo besides shotgun shells and it rarely uses stimpacks due to constant sneak attacks that wipe out enemies in one strike. Feel free to to not upgrade barter at all and put it into other skills at your preference.

Melee - 70 (Bobblehead)

*Melee is only upgraded in order to get the Ninja perk.

Small Guns - 90 (Bobblehead)

*This is upgraded to maximize damage with the terrible shotgun.

Energy Weapons - 90 (Bobblehead)

*This is upgraded to maximize damage with the Alien Blaster.

Perks

*Note: I have left two perk spots empty. You may fill them with any perk according to your preference. Few perks are necessary for this class to be at its peak efficiency.

Swift Learner

Swift Learner

Swift Learner

*All of these perks are optional. I personally get this perk because I am impatient and wish to hit level 30 quickly. I also get it because this class leaves many perk spots to be filled by preference.

Educated

Iron Fist

Iron Fist

Iron Fist

Bloody Mess

*A sneak attack critical makes this 5% bonus turn into a solid extra amount of damage. It is also satisfying to strike an enemy and see them blow up into bloody chunks.

Commando

*Mostly for the beginning of the game.

Gunslinger

*Good for the Alien Blaster.

Toughness

Finesse

*This perk is necessary for this class.

Life Giver

Robotics Expert

*This perk is necessary for this class. When destroying a robot with an unarmed weapon it will blow up and damage you in the process. With this perk, simply sneak up to a robot and deactivate. This makes Sentry Bots extremely easy. Then move back and sneak attack the deactivated robot with the Terrible Shotgun.

Silent Running

*Necessary for this class.

Sniper

Fast Metabolism

Lawbringer

*This perk is necessary to get Plunket's Valid Points.

Cyborg

Light Step

Better Criticals

*This perk is necessary for this class.

Action Boy

*This perk is necessary for this class.

Paralyzing Palm

*This perk is necessary for this class.

Ninja

*This perk is necessary for this class.

Grim Reaper's Sprint

*This perk useful for this class.

Explorer

Nerves of Steel

*This perk is necessary for this class.

Almost Perfect

In-Game Perks

Survival Guru

Ant Might

Any Other

*Obviously any perk you can grab within the main game is useful.

Apparel

Chinese Stealth Armor

ThreeDog's Headwrap

Lucky Shades

Lucky 8 Ball

Weapons

Deathclaw Gauntlet

*This weapon offers a x5 critical chance. With your critical chance percentage maxed out, this weapon will always score a critical hit, inflicting massive damage to opponents.

Plunket's Valid Points

*This weapon will be used when enemies have discovered you. Target an enemeny in VATS the maximum amount of times. If you have the Paralyzing Palm perk, they will fall to the ground paralyzed for 30 seconds. Proceed to take out the Deathclaw Gauntlet and beat them to death. If they still haven't died and revive from their paraylsis, take out Plunket's Valid Points and repeat the process. You will NEVER lose a 1v1 battle.

Terrible Shotgun

*Good if there is just one difficult enemy in the area to take care of. I use this weapon to take out deactivated robots mostly.

Alien Blaster

Why This Class is Amazing

With the Chinese Stealth Armor and a maximum sneak, an enemy can litterally walk into you, and the worst it will be at is Caution. Due to the Deathlclaw Gauntlet being an unarmed weapon, attacking an enemy will not alert enemies around you, including the enemy you are attacking.

How Battles Tend to Happen

1. I sneak into a camp of 10 raiders. None see me.

2. I sneak attack a raider and he immediately dies. No other raiders are alerted, even though I killed the raider 5 feet in front of another raider.

3. I proceed to kill all the raiders.

4. If there is a raider I do not kill in one hit, I get the Caution and he turns around and walks into me. I keep on hitting him as he is walking into me and he never attacks me because Danger never appears due to the ridicilous combination of the Chinese Stealth Armor, high Sneak, and the Deathclaw Gauntlet.

This of course can all be done on Very Hard mode.

Conclusion

This class is simply ridiculously good, and easy to create.

Thanks for reading!
