Does the Green Pact put the same restrictions on fungi as it does on plants? Although different from plants, fungi are similar in that they usually grow in one spot. Can bosmer eat and use fungi?

I have a feeling we've had this conversation relatively recently. I'm not entirely sure, but I think that only the most extremist of bosmer count fungus. Then again, Imperial taxonomy conventions are probably rather different from our own, so fungi may be universally considered plants in Tamriel.
