This is my second attempt at an RP

the Year is 2299, November 23rd of the Capital Wasteland. New Milliennia is upon the Captial Wasteland, New Threat is rising and New Resistance arises change has happened... take a look on whats happened in the pass 22 years.

Wasteland Timeline

2277: Vault 101 opens and the Lone Wanderer rids the Capitol Wasteland of the Enclave
: Port to Point Lookout is estiblished and trade routes, colinization have begun on the rural parts of locale
: The Search for Enclave remnant
: The Pitt begins Trading and Work for wastelanders and slavery is abolished

2278: The on-going search for Remnants of the Enclave ends
: The Brotherhood calls upon Outcasts for Truce... it fails
: Lone Wanderer is rumored to be Dead

2279: Feral Ghouls become Nocturnal
: New breed of Ghouls. Ferals and now Nocturnal Ghouls that have pale skin and glowing green eyes

2280: Vault 101 re-opens to the wasteland, taking in wastelanders willing to be sealed in the Vault
: Galaxy News Radio opens new officer in Point Lookout
: Point Lookout is cleared of the Natives and is now crawling with Raiders instead of Tribals and the local native
: The Pitt closes its train tunnel
: Alistair Tenpenny Dies

2284: The D.C. Ruins becomes a complete warzone around the Mall and ending near Metro Centrel between Raiders and BoS
: Metro Tunnels become home to an army of Feral Ghouls
: an unknown organization is attacking the Capitol Wasteland with an Army of Robots with a manufacturing plant unknown

2287: The Robot blight on the wasteland is no longer a threat
: The Water Purifier shuts down
: Rivet City begins Construction of their own water purifier

2290: Elder Lyons dies of Old Age and Scribe Rothchild unites the Brotherhood under his Banner and abondons recontrustion of Liberty Prime
: Sarah Lyons takes the Pride and Joins with the Outcasts
: Conflict between the Outcasts and the BoS starts
: The Lone wanderer gets Killed in Action while helping defend the Outcast's base and trying to Seize the purifier
: The Order of the Sword of Scribes go to Cities and Settlements to recruit wastelanders

2291: The GNR radio Office in Point Lookout is destroyed as Natives take back the land and rid it out settlers and wastelanders looking for fortune
: Tribals abondon the Cathedrel and go into Hiding leaving Punga Fruit to be scarce
: Talon Co. disbands
: the D.C. warzone is now in peace from conflict and Our Lady of Hope becomes a nest of ghouls

2295: Vault 101 opens once again to let in wastelanders
: Brotherhood loses the Water purifier to the Outcasts
: Rivet City water purifier project fails
: Pinkerton dies and leaves his tech for someone to find

2297: the Wasteland becomes as it was 22 years ago when the lone wanderer was still alive
: Frequent Raider Attacks resume as before
: Super Mutant raids goes as before but often killing their captives or dragging them Away
: The D.C. ruins is back to a regular Warzone
: Scribe Rothchild is killed by leading BoS to reclaim the Purifier but fails
: the Brotherhood of Steel becomes desperate and begins recruiting again
: New Leadership of Squire Maxie who is now known as Elder Maxwell

2298: Everything in the Wasteland returns to normal (normal as in everything is still hell)
: Rivet City council is disbanded and is replaced by new council, (Harkness is still in, Seagrave Holmes and Sharpnel)

2299: Vault 101 re-opens and stays open due to technical diffculties
: New Millenia aproaches

Now its November of 2299, The end of a old millennia and start of 300 years of post-apocolyptic wasteland starts.
A new threat has risen, an army of rag-tag talon company survivors and ex-enclave troops that disbanded during the war, along with raider groups that forms a group known as "Red Skull" that tries to take the wasteland by force but Resisitance has formed after the BoS neglect the wasteland of this threat and Outcasts go on with collecting Tech and tending to the Water Purifier, the resistance calling themselves... well "The Resistance".

Formed by Wastelanders and Mercanaries these people come from all over the Wasteland just like Red Skull. War has striked between the two factions and on-going gorilla warfare continues.
Red Skull troops bearing advanced tech of laser weapons from pistols and rifles. While the Resistance rellies on weaponry from anywhere. Red Skull is control of Tenpenny Tower and Rivet City, Resistance control is over Megaton,Canterberry Commons and other settlements scattered across the wastes.

Red Skull being led by a man named Xavier "Red Skull" Winters and Resistance being led by many leaders, a few known ones are Bryan Williams, Michael Adams and a man named Anthony Eastwood.
Both factions are still fighting for Control over the Wasteland.

This is an RP where War is upon the Captial Wasteland, the Capital Wasteland and timeline is seen through my point of veiw as to what has happened.

Why you joined: Xavier formed Red Skull after the disbanding of the Enclave and formed this new army with raider groups, talon company survivors and ex-enclave soldiers to bring the capitol wasteland under their rule!

Bio: Xavier was once an Imperial Officer who worked with Col. Autumn. he was there when they took the Water Purifier, He was there there when they destroyed Liberty Prime and he was there at Adams Airforce Base and fought to keep the brotherhood away from their Mobile Base during the diversion. Since the destruction of the base they all Scattered, all the enclave broke and went into hiding. During his time out of the Enclave he joined Talon Company till they disbanded aswell. terrorizing settlement to settlement. Now he formed Red Skull 2 years ago. rallying ex-enclave troops, talon company survivors and raiders to boost the troops. He is a ruthless leader he fancies to always be on the battlefield. Red Skull has no HQ, but they took control of Tenpenny Tower. it may be still a place for people but its under Red Skull protection. they fought to take Rivet City. with the new council still intact, the only thought it was fair to make Rivet, Red Skul territory, with Rivet City security still protecting the place, they are getting paid by Red Skull. Red Skull are basicly Enclave that are in red and formed by the factions of the wastes

I'm not running this, bro. And wanderer, sorry. I remembered that annoying stunt you pulled in Vault 34 and instantly thought you were doing it again. They're right, you should never type when angry.

I dont profess to be the god of anything, or in charge of anything. I know i act like it sometimes. But, as a side note, spelling has little impact on good RP'ing, as long as you make it readable. And it is spelled "Charicter", if I'm not mistaken, but even if I am, the difference between "Charicter" and "Character" is rudementary. I meant glaring, every-other-word mistakes, when I was posting my idea.

I personally can't believe that you took one instance of horrible spelling and made it out to be a glaring problem, when it was one instance that occured only an hour or so ago.

I dont have an attitude. Ask *Most* of the people who have really RP'd with me, and they will tell you that I am fit to RP, most of my abraision is with either new RP'ers, or RP hosts, as I tend to get in a number of disagreements with both. Take now fo instance. I'm arguing with a new RP'er.

Starting point: Tenpenny's Tower
Why you joined: He was once a proud captain of the Enclaves Integration extraction/research squad. Their job was to extract information from enemy combatants. Once through defeat after defeat he started to see that they weren't going to last long. Then after the destruction of the mobile base at the air force base he with other Enclave fled to a small bunker waiting out for the Enclave to get back on it's feet. They stayed and kept touch with other groups who have fled.
Soon when the Red Skull came he took his chance and was greeted warmly known for his job.
He was now assigned to be commander of the Red Skull's Interrogation and Extraction team. He now lives nicely in the Tenpenny hotel becoming a friend of Mr. Tenpenny himself. He is known as the snipper because of his tactics when dealing with enemy prisoners to receive information.

Anyway, here's my sheet. I know the Bio aint much, but I'll delve into his past and reasoning more in the actual RP.

Appearence:Stands about 5'9",with a thin,muscular build. He has dark grey hair,one shade away from black,tied back in a rough ponytail,and his Blackfoot ancestors dusky complection and sharp,slim features. His eyes are a piercing white blue,like ice,and his face is locked in a perpetual smirk. During combat, he loooks like something..less than human, though its just the combination of rage, overflowing adrenaline, and the desire to kill whatever it is thats in his way.

Bio:Jansen is a skilled survivor, having both firearm skills and old blackfoot tracking techniques taught to him by his now-deceased father. Little is known about Jjansen besides the fact that he comes from out west and that he does good mercenary work.

Jansen joined the resistance, along with his mercs, because the Red Skulls ideas fot the capital werent in his best interest. Centralized govornment makes mercenary work hard to come by.

He was made third in command of the resistance for the number of men he had brought with him.
