I have wanted to host my own RP for a while but hadn't really had the RP'ing experience, i have a bit now though so would like to give it a go but please be aware this will probably be rough around the edges.
Now this isn't an RP for allot of people there is room for four more people plus me that makes five RP'ers in total. This is not and action orientated RP, however there most likely will be some action, this is more of a thinking RP on what your doing, at least i think thats what i mean either way you will get the gist when you read the description.
This is an RP about a grifting crew (conning people )
There is five roles to be filled, one by each RP'er in this crew they are: The inside Man/Woman, The Roper, The Fixer, The Convincer and The Learner . Now The inside Man/Woman has already been taken by me so that leaves the other four to be filled i will now give a detailed description of each one
The Roper: The Roper is the member of the crew who draws in the marks/score's he/she spins the a story which draws the attention of the mark, The Roper knows everybody who's anybody and has contacts everywhere, all the card games all the swindlers all the fence's and all the noteworthy grifters, The Roper on occasion plays the inside with The inside Man/Woman. This particular Roper is an old time friend of the crew leader (The inside Man/Woman) and The Fixer.
(Side note on Roper, would help if the roper was in their 40's-50's but is not necessary having a younger Roper application will not make me deny you)
The Fixer: The Fixer is a very intelligent man/woman, is always up to date with new security systems who the richest people are and what they are like (personalities,ect) and where they are, The Fixer handle's behind the scene's things like forging documents getting the crew and office if need be (perhaps by blagging something to the receptionist in an office building) The Fixer on occasion plays the inside with The inside Man/Woman. This particular fixer is an old time friend of the crew leader (The inside Man/Woman) and The Roper.
(Side note on The Fixer, would help if fixer was in their 30's again like the Roper i will not deny a Fixer application for a different age)
The Convincer: The Convincer gives the mark confidence to the mark that what they are doing with there money will work even though they know it will not and the mark will loose their money. The Convincer almost always joins The inside Man/Woman at some point to work the inside (to spin their convincer story E.G the Convincer pretends to be an associate of The inside Man/Woman and says that they invested their money and it worked in hence giving the Mark confidence to use their money). This particular Convincer will be a new member to the crew but will have heard of The inside Man/Woman, The Roper and The Fixer and knows The Learner (in a friendly way by whichever mearns you chose)
(Side note on The Convincer, would help if The Convincer was in their 20's again like The Roper and The Fixer i will not deny application for a different age)
The Learner: The Learner is a novice in the world of grifting/conning and is a new ember to the crew, The Learner is eager to learn from the more experienced members of the crew and is taught all aspects by the other members how to play the inside (The inside Man/Woman), how to work behind the scene's (The Fixer), How to Rope (The Roper) and how to convince (The Convincer). The Learner is always asking questions and helps wherever he/she can. The Learner knows The Convincer (In a friendly way) which is how he/she gets introduced to the crew.
(Side note on The Learner, would help if The Learner was in early 20's again will not deny application for different age, also i can sense people not wanting to play the learner so if there is no interest in The Learner we will just go with The inside Man/Woman, The Roper, The Fixer and The Convincer)
The Setting: The year is 2276, Viva Las Vegas, or should i say New Vegas. Zoey "The Fox" Warner is back in town after being away for three years. New Vegas is controlled an policed by the New California Republic (NCR) New Vegas is still somewhat of a reflection of what it was before the war, after all the bombs practically didn't touch Nevada. The Casino's are run by money hungry [censored]s who only care about themselves and small businesses are doing equally as well. New Vegas is arguably the best place to be in the wasteland, after all crime is low thanks to the NCR's policing and business is good, the NCR even provide purified food, water and alcohol from a heavily protected building on the outside of the city. Who would want to be anywhere else? booze, girls and gambling at night and a regular life during the day. Zoey is back in town and looking to put a crew back together, the fat cats of this city where fat enough, Zoey had a rough idea of where to find one of her old crew member's, her old Roper hopefully she'd be able to find her Fixer friend as well. she is looking for a couple of smaller score's first, then they'd hit the big one.

Whoever plays the roper will be bringing us the marks so you will have to make them up even as the leader of the crew as the inside person thats not my job you will also need to create their personality and job ect so the roper will need some imagination.

Clothes: Varies depending on what she is doing, usually a red dress with matching red shoes, when outside of the city she wears some denim jeans with a red top with black trainers ad always has a pair of sunglasses.
Weapons: Combat knife with a winged dagger on it and a Silenced 10mm pistol (both concealed)
Bio: Zoey was born when New Vegas was a rough place, her parents died not long after she turned 14, stealing to get by one day she tried to pickpocket money from someone that someone was a grifter, that person is now The Roper for her crew he/she took her in and taught her how to grift, it was an art form glorious and skillful. She grew up with a level head and down to earth attitude she was good at it, able to talk her way into and out of almost anything she is a great asset, not afraid to use her feminine charms, vocal and physical to get what she wants hasn't failed her yet. God help you if you try and play cards with her because chances are you won't win. Her first con was when she was 18 on a small business man who cheated people out of money for protection getting her the sum of one thousand caps. Skip to the age of 24 and she'd earned herself quite a reputation in the grifting world now known as The Fox she left New Vegas in search of other long cons eventually landing her to try and sell the a refurbished black hall manor in point lookout, but that went wrong when the potential buyer died in pliks safari and now she's back in town to make some money and get the fattest and baddest cat of them all. But first she needs a crew.
