Time is going too slow. I suggest a time jump for our forces to meet, and clash. Like titans.

Gonna need Helios and the Ayuubs to get out of the boredom that is most likely killing them.

Order of Black lilly, where are you?

FC4 you alive mayne?

Duval, get off the estrogen pills and post.

Yeah, I'm out here. Just... waiting on people, i think. Mainly Crazy to acknowledge Helseth speaking to him, but an idea has come to get the Band and Webster out of the hiatus.

Sorry. There has been final exams, soon to be holidays, and suddenly... a woman... involved.

As soon as there is an influx of activity, other people get inspired to post, so anything is welcome hombre.

I'm just waiting for the bloomin' night to end. Gah, if I knew it'd drag on for that long, I would've had the Ayuubs travel during the night every second night.

It should be ending now, I think its dawn.

Tidus was working on a post for the scouts, but scampered off again. Finals are a [censored] for everybody. Man, I'm really sorry about all this, I should have done a better job at keeping you active, and making sure you'd have plenty to interact with. Once we link up I wont let that happen again.

FC4 by the way, that Smithara post was pretty beastly.

No worries about that, SoS wasn't the only thing in my mind for the last couple of weeks. Actually I'm quite ashamed it wasn't on my mind at all most of the time. Hopefully now I'll be more motivated, though, having enough time now to pick up some of the older books I was reading.

The goal really is to get this done nicely so we can move to High Rock. We're going to have two sets of battles possibly. One between Dunmer and Saladin + Ayuubs. Regardless of what happens from my understanding then Saladin will retreat south, link up with the rest of his troops, then the Legions will come from the north and link up with the Dunmer and then the final clash.

This isn't set in stone, sort of just what i've been playin with as an idea and as always i encourage people to develop their creativity.

The only thing I see wrong with that is the Ayuub's and Saladin are too far off for it to be feasible, and the fact that what will turn into a battle between Dunmer will end in me fighting all of you guys. Not too sure I should engage the Dunmer when your alone, and just fight you guys all at the same time.

Hopefully in time for the Ayuubs and Helios to come save my ass.

Ayuubs have horses. They'll get to you fast. Anyone have a problem with that? Good, cause i don't care see. *1920s gangster* :gun:

I think Dunmer vs Saladin + ayuubs is even. By the time we get done the Legions will just be at Lainlyn city itself.

I'm not trying to bust your effort at helping the rp come to a close, but I also want to be fair and honest. I hated when stuff like this happened to me where someone would pop up out of nowhere, that'd be the case with the Ayuubs.

I have no problem being at a disadvantage.

To show you how far we are in distance: http://www.imperial-library.info/maps/map_hf_names.jpg

Saladin is in the mountain's south west of Laynlin, the Legion is closer and in the east of Laynlin, while the Ayuubs so far are not even near Sentinel. They are directly west of Gilane (in the southern desert) and would have no knowledge of saladin's forces or the pressing need to suddenly arrive at Laynlin. With the fastest horses in the world, they would not be able to reach Laynlin, or Saladin near enough time to beat the Legion. I'll still fight you and kick your ass, I just dont want any unfair advantages on my part. If I could get Tidus to post Anticlere, we could move things up and go along with our original plan, I'll post it in a professional manner on the SoS forums.

If your setting up an ambush, lets not ruin it by turning it into some open field battle. Lets keep it how it is, advantage (you) over disadvantages, awesome (me) versus stupid (you)

Thank God this is Dune and we can take sandworms and cross the desert in a matter of minutes; we'll just feed it our horses.

I've already violated a bit too much OpSec already. I'll leave it to Duval to handle all this info. Knowing him, you guys should have a decent intelligence operation.

Except he'll have to stop at every town so Guillame can have his play dates with the kiddies, so it's going to be a while for them to get there.

Ha. Almost every time i'm finally convinced that this RP is dead, it gets up and dusts itself off.

Immortal, There is a map of everyones locations and strengths in the Imperial section of our forum. It's in "the Enemy's Strength" thread. As for Guillaume, people seem to forget that he's with Saladin now. At the vanguard of the rebel army no less.

as for speeding things up, I agree, we should make it early morning and kick things off properly.

You think that Simithara post was beastly? hehe... she's got plans for him, let me tell ya. :)

I'll make a post tomorrow perhaps, for the BB and for Aryon's wizards. Can't do Helseth till Crazy returns.

Hey Duval, anytime you want to come back and post is good man, Guilliume's turn to shine, as well as Manfred's Breton instructors to my arbalesters.

The crownsworn won't need any help, but the militia with the crossbows have only had them for short time.
