my question would be would the voice of the empire ability even make sense anymore? just seems kind of redundant that it would be there with no empire

imperials had the most useless racial powers. i really wish they would give them something that can be used. they also need to make the powers scalable so that they are still viable even for high level characters.

Well...it's a racial trait. Voice of the Empire is just the name of it.

When I first played Morrowind, I used an imperial (I was a nut for the movie Gladiator when Morrowind came out). I found that the "Voice" power came in handy in some situations.

Well it's kind of obvious that the racial starters will be very different from Oblivion.

there are no moaners and complainers here as far as im aware ^_^ anyway i know it was just a name but its been the same name for a while now. it is always been useful but the name would seem redundant now that the empire crumbled or is temperarally in depose or what ever you wish to call it

Not to mention there is an empire, it's just a new regime and not nearly as powerful and unified as the Septim Empire.
