The Infernal City concerning Oblivion

I have beaten the Main Quest of Oblivion and I am almost done with Shivering Isle, however I have not started Knights of the Nine. Can I start reading this book or should I wait until I beat SI and KotN?

I do not want spoilers from the book

The book is set 40 years after the events of Oblivion. I don't think you're going to run into any spoilers.

I'm pretty sure there are no Spoilers, i just got the book yesterday, its really good so far.
