The Infernal City

Post » Thu May 26, 2011 9:03 pm

Since there's a new book out in the Elder Scrolls universe, and it is set in Cyrodiil. Now I am aware that they have already said that they are not planning on making anymore more content for Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, however Infernal City is set only mere decades after the Oblivion crysis; so couldn't there be a new expansion on this?

I am quite sure it is possible that they can do this, what do you yourself think?

Please leave interesting thoughts and comments,

Thank you.

Well if someone is serouis about it they could just make a mod for the PC, sadly consoles users won't be able to get it.

But I would prefer them to make a whole new expansion like Shivering Isles. New dialogue etc.

1. The book is set in Morrowind, Eslweyr, Black Marsh, and Cyrodiil: aka Tamriel...

2. Bethesda said that they are done with it. So I don't really see them going back on their word.

3. Such an expansion would require a new game's load of work to do the idea justice.

I actually have this book and find myself lost in some of the content. I think it would make an awesome addition to the game, but might be better for TES V. Any of you read the book?

I would like to, but I find myself unwilling to shell out $10-$14 for a http://search.barnesandnoble.com/The-Infernal-City/Greg-Keyes/e/9780345508010/?itm=1&usri=elder+scrolls.

Yes, I read it. It would not make an "awesome addition to the game" because it has nothing to do with Oblivion. There are no similar characters, etc. So yeah, it would be better for TES V, but they aren't going to relive the events of the book via

It was a good yet quick read. And 10 isn't that much for a book.

But I think the rest can be said in the http://www.gamesas.com/bgsforums/index.php?showtopic=1061320 from now on.
