Do you need the phantom perk for this, I am not sure if it would work on pc. I do something similar, except I would have gone behind the train/tanker and completely broken their line of sight, stealth and jumped back, on pc I don't think stealth works as well.

Does it work just out in the open on PC?

Either way its a pretty sweet video.
