I was talking to the King and he said that there were tapes of the king (Elvis) and thats how they knew how he talked, but they broke and he sold them to a merchant. Anyone ever find a merchant with the broken tapes? 4 playthroughs and hundreds of hours and I havent run across them. Anyone ever find them?

You won't find them, that snippet of dialogue is purely for explanation of how a group of Post-War people know what a 300 year old singer sounded and talked like. If those were in the game, NV would have like 1 song and that's it. EP Enterprises isn't very generous with renting out Elvis tracks.
