What kind of ecological damage are we facing in Japan? Does Hokkaido still have snow? Whats the main source of food for the populace?

All of this will greatly affect my character design.

I'm glad it will. Well, just like in F3, people live off old food or food they make from mutated animals, or fish for some mutated sushi. Hokkaido does not have snow, its just like the wasteland. If any more geographical information is needed, just ask. Going off-line for a bit.

Personality.: If everything going to plan he is calm and well natured, but if something goes wrong, he loses it and kills every enemy in sight without thinking of himself. He likes to make jokes after battle and during calm moments.

Faction: The New Imperial Army.

Bio: Ituzio came from a fine family that never went poor, and always was calm. Then one day his sister ran away with someone and no one ever saw them again. Scince then he became unstable, staying away from combat festivels that were commen. His parents became deppresed and his dad died of alcoholism when Zio was 16. His mom couldent take it and almost never left her room, leaving Zio alone most of the day. He became more and more apart from his mother, who never talked to him. The only thing that kept him going was his good friends that supported him every step of the way.

Personality: Serious but not overly quiet, can be a little less serious around close friends though he doesn't have many

Faction: The Republic of the Sun (Undercover in the New Imperial Army)

Weapons: G36C, Colt M1911, Black and red hilted daishō (katana and wakizashi)

Bio: Takeshi was born around the time when Kata begins the NIA. His father was a soldier in he Japanese army and began training Takeshi to be a great fighter and leader. He made his son spend all his day reading books about tactics and leadership and all his nights training his sword and gun skills. On November 17, 2223, Takeshi's father left the NIA to join the ROS, because Kata started changing the old ways.

The training sessions kept on going until 2228, around the time the underground started. That's when Takeshi was given permission to join the ROS. He quickly captured the attention of the higher ups due to his skill and knowledge. They raised his rank fairly quick and he continued to show exceptional skills compared to all the poorly trained soldiers. On 2230 he gave the leaders of the ROS an idea, he asked to go undercover and join the NIA so he could relay their information to the leaders of the ROS. He joined the NIA and began doing his work. He tried to stay low to not attract any attention and the idea looked as if it worked and the ROS seemed to be winning more battles than before.

Personality: Akita is weary of his surroundings, thinks of events that might unfold, has a dreary out look on things.

Faction: Republic Of The Sun

Weapons:2 Beretta 50. Pistol, Katana.

Armor: Samurai chest plate and leggings over ROS armor, Rising Sun bandana.

Bio: Akita was raised by his father, a powerful figure in the NIA. His father was executed personally by Kata after disobeying a direct order, which fueled some of Akita hated for them. Before he was killed, he taught his son the art of sword fighting, and how to properly attack and defend. Akita was raised on the bloody streets of Tokyo, and witnessed first-hand the destruction caused by the NIA. He joined up with the Underground for a short time, not knowing what to do with his life. He then heard of the ROS, and what they were trying to do to help Japan. He swore loyalty to his father, and joined the ROS to help destroy the NIA. He enjoyed working for and with them, but thought they could use better training and better ideas on who to run Japan, if they ever do.

Oh man. This... This is rich. I'm sorry, but I leave for a week, and this pops up, and... I can't stop laughing for some reason. Oh... I would so join if I had the time, cause this is just too much.
