i like machine guns because i am a lousy shot. there is that lag time when using the TV.

recently i have been taking the trigger discipline trait with grunt and using match ammo. oh, and turbo. in the wasteland, it is easy enough to get armor piecing ammo or hollow point. but not so in the expansions. match ammo and turbo makes up for not being able to get AP or HP.

i used to use the riot gun to take out nastys with high DT but that took two perks.

I often give the LMG to Raul, along with a thousand or so cheap surplus ammo (since the extra weapon condition makes no difference). He's quite effective with it.
