Im at the quest The Lost Patrol. I listened to Scribe's Holotape and went to the bunker. But I have no Recon Access Card and also no next step in the quest. Listen to the Holotape several times on serveral machines but no go. And how to I proceed now?

Btw I found someone who had the same problem and this was his solution. But that doesn't work on ps4, does it?

I got stuck on this quest after i found faris holotape, I didn't get next objective. "SetStage 000b1b79 90" fixed it and i get to continue the quest
