Ok i like this mod so far but i continue to have a problem.
First when i got to the guild, no one had any dialogue options, so i used the console and typed in the addtopic ararcheologyguild. that worked only for taiv or what ever his name is. I joined the guild and i have to now talk to everyone but they dont have any dialogue options either, can someone help please

Teav the Argonian. It probably only worked for him because he is the only one with anything to say at that point.
Only the four members, all within the castle, will have anything to say. I just started myself and had no problems in that regard.

Unfortunately, I have a problem (spoiler):
After the funeral of Taev (which worked as far as I can say) the people got back to the castle, but noone has to say anything...
I tried this from the FAQ page:
"Open the console in-game by pressing "~" and type the following:

But unfortunately it did not work. Afterwards, Norlene only said that it's a shame I missed the funeral or something like that, but nothing else. There was no new quest or any dialog option...
Can someone help me here?
A console command to start the next quest would also be appreciated if that's possible.

This is a very good mod, though the end boss is way to overpowering. Even at 100% chameleon it always manages to kill me. It is immune to sneak attacks, can only be killed by one weapon and has 400 health just for a level 1 player. It's surrounding attack deals tons and tons of damage and works even if it doesn't know your there

You can use magic, that one weapon just needs to be equiped.

There is a way to draw him out and trap yourself in the room with him outside, but thats probably not fun.

When I go the the dig site, the game dialogue (and music when in the inventory menu) stutters horribly and lags a ton, a problem not seen in even a small way anywhere else. Any suggestions?

Also, the mod is incompatible with ImpeREAL forts--there is a large seam gap near the mine for the overgrown spire (not a big deal, one can eaisly deactive ImpeREAL forts, as it is a small and insignificant mod, but I figured I'd mention it)

Oh, and much kudos for this mod--I'm obviously late to the party. but it's pretty amazing/

Is it just the audio, or does your framerate also take a dive? I never experienced that issue, but I've only played through LS once with voiced dialogue on my most recent character, whom I play with music disabled :shrug:

Got this only recently and wanted to say congrats to its creator(s). One of the best quest mods I've played, if not the best. Just the right amount of play-time and very interesting things to discover. A few bugs here and there but nothing game-breaking, even with over 200 mods active. Praise to the fact that it's voice-acted too, this is VERY important to me personally and even though some of it was a bit silly, what can one really expect, the fact that the effort was put in more than made up for the one or two characters who were a bit off performance-wise.

Awesome, awesome job!

PS: If you aren't doing anything else but polishing this, they might need your help with that massive Dark Brotherhood mod thats been going for what seems like decades, ha!

I am greatly enjoying this mod, and have gotten to the point where I need to see the Scribe, Rhea Miro, in Leyawiin.

Upon my arrival, I find her home burned down, and although I believe there is supposed to be a guard to speak to in order to progress the quest, I can find no such person. I've tried waiting 3 Days elsewhere to allow the cell to reset, a spell to detect life as well as speaking to as many of the Leyawiin guards as I can find but...no success.

Does anyone know of a solution of this issue?

Hi,
I installed the lost Spires and was grasped by the amount of details. It plays real smooth. But now I am already stuck. I cannot find the key to enter the gold vein in the bloodvein mine. At least I suppose I have to find the key first. I talked to Ovin, but it seems he doesn't have one. Checked all the barrels, crates. Talked with the other miners. But sofar no key. Is there anyone who can help me?

Found the key :):) Well in fact there was no key to be found. I just had to trigger / touch the door.

There is a patch for the unique forts and lost spires:

EDIT: Some players have reported that there is a minor conflict of the Legion Fort Ordeal with a mine/cave from the Lost Spires mod, which shares the same location with the Legion Fort Ordeal. But rest of the mods are fine. A friend, adg211288, released a compatibility patch which corrects this incompatibility between the 2 mods! This Compatibility Patch eliminates the only (and final) conflict between my ImpeREAL Empire - Unique Forts and other mods! Link for downloading the Compatibility Patch is here at:

When I had decided to get Oblivion for the PC and was looking at mods this was one of the first ones I saw and had to get as soon as I could. I plan on starting the quests as soon as I'm done with the Thieves guild.

I will give this one last bump to see if anyone can assist me with the missing guard in Leyawiin.

I did see that one other person on this thread experienced this issue, and they were able to work around it by using the placeatme function to bring the guard to them. However, I do not know the name of the guard and/or how to use that function. Could anyone provide any guidance with this?

Whenever I activate this it's an instant CTD on loading a save. Using BOSS puts it right before AFK Weye (5F) in my load order.

Absolutely love this mod. However, I keep hittin minor snags. Currently, after finding Solan's body and being told to investigate, where am I supposed to go? I tried the alyied ruin it mentions but I got stumped by a stone door with a + shaped "keyhole". Please help!

Thank you Liquid Graphics Interactive for making such an awesome mod I would definately have paid for. My only gripe is that I want more. You have left openings for more for sure. I can't wait to see what you would do for the next Elderscroll adventure.

Question about the Primeval Hollow dungeon: how do you open the rock wall behind the waterfall? There is a small area that's like an Ayleid ruin in the northeastern part of the dungeon with a waterfall in it. If you jump across the gorge (through the waterfall), there is a small area behind the waterfall with a moveable rock wall, but when I click on it, it says the rock won't budge. I can see that there is a small passageway behind the rock wall, but I'm not sure how extensive it is. Has anyone figured out how to open this passage? I still have to do the southern part, so I guess it's possible it loops around, but it doesn't look like it.

andalaybay--Look for a rope pulley suspended from the ceiling nearby.

As others have said here, fantastic mod! Easily the best user-created mod I've ever tried for Oblivion, and that's saying a lot since I've also tried other fantastic mods like MMM, Ruined Tail's Tale, Kvatch Rebuilt, etc.

I know this mod's probably not being worked on anymore, but I have to admit to being disappointed in one little detail:

After the final boss is defeated, I think it would make sense for the "lost" daedric status to be reinhabited, seeing as how you end up freeing the daedra that used to be worshipped at that statue. This could even spawn a new quest for an Artifact never before seen in Elder Scrolls.
