Can anybody explain to me what the loveletter is and what is written in it because I've been reading it for a while now and I do not understand anything...

If you refer to that love letters that are through AAAAAALL Cyrodill, I think they are miscellaneous items made to make the game more complete. There are also a lot of other notes that have no sense, like the one in the pirate ship in Waterfront.

Really general description in coming because I'm not a lore junkie:

The loveletter is kinda a lesson in morals from somebody in Morrowind during the fifth era, after the Dunmer were almost completely killed and Morrowind mostly destroyed because the people stopped loving Vivec, which caused the Ministry Of Truth to fall and Red Mountain to erupt. The letter describes how some Dunmer live on Solstheim and have made peace with the nords there. And two different Great Houses are mentioned, Jaroon and Sul.

The rest is confusing for me but there's some info.

The Loveletter is an explanation of and elaboration upon the 35th Sermon of Vivec, with some post-apocalyptic imagery and theopunk (god as technology) connotations. All the italics are from the 35th.

It lists ways mortals ascended.
The Numidium.
The Endeavor.
The Prolix Tower.
CHIM.
The Enantiomorph.
The Scarab that Transforms into the New Man.

They're also a message from the 5th era to the newly coming 4th era, and what LN said.

How can there be a letter from the 5th era if we are just getting to the 4th era, did they send it back in time or is my timeline wrong?

well, the full name of it is "Loveletter From the Fifth Era, The True Purpose of Tamriel"

And here's a fun quote from the early portions of it, "I tell you now, brothers and sisters of the coming 4th, that the holy Scripture of Love contains all you need to avoid the perils of the Landfall. By chronocules granted by the ‘neers of Lull, this warning is given freely and by Love. Sermon 35 begins properly:"

So in the 5th era, Tamriel has reached modern technology...? What's C0DA and Digitals...?

Not modern technology, but weird magical metaphysical technology. Like a mashup of dwemer, Star Trek, and the Matrix. C0DA is apparently the United Federation of Planets. I think it was said once that digits of the "digitals" should be taken in the sense of fingers rather than numbers. I don't think anyone but MK really groks what they are though, other than they're something like Mnemoli.

Vivec is the Loveletter.

Proving I can raise the dead with the best of them.

C0DA is a theoretical ending, which we know can happen, but may not. The series continues.

Digitals sound to me like a pantheon of gods.

Interesting. Where does this Loveletter originally appear, anyway?

It's an Obscure Text (written by a developer but not placed in an Elder Scrolls game, making it arguably canon) which was posted on The Imperial Library sometime after Oblivion's release.

Ah, one of those.. I always thought it would have been nice of the devs to include to include such texts anonymously with DLC's or why not in the expansion. I just hear Gavin Carters voice in my head "It is only official lore if it was included in a game..."

But interesting nonetheless.

Yep. It's like that. The word official doesn't bother me. Tamriel's mine.

A letter which pretells the destruction of Vvanderfell and some other crazy sorts of stuff. Most of the people have said what it includes.

basically its an excuse for, when TES XXIII come out, to be angry about how the fifth era didn't include either A. Digitals or B. Ended early.
