Ambassador Draiman-Mr. House
Perhaps House could use an army of men. But regardless, you can take Cottonwood and Nipton. House is quite generous, even if you do not offer him anything in return for this. We will speak of an army diplomacy later. He will dispatch a few securitrons to both areas to ensure you don't encounter any raiders or Caesar's stragglers.
Marcus Draco Representative and Mayor of NovacWe could offer much in return in the form of labor from our armies and perhaps a tax on all profit we make from caravans.
We thank-you for this, Cottonwood Cove has a lot of left over Caesar's Legion uniforms that we could sew and smelt into more protective armor. They also have left a lot of weapons, although most are only melee, this could serve as basic weaponry for now until we can get together enough money to buy a massive amount of weapons and armor.
We plan to turn Cottonwood Cove into a military base with farms surrounding it to the north, east, and south with a little Pre-War trick called plateua farming. It was used in some mysterious place called Japa (the text he read it in had the 'N' at the end too faded to see). The trick us to dig into the side of a mountain or hill and make a farm there.
We plan to make Nipton into a mini New Vegas, similar to Primm. We do not wish to compete with Primm though, I would feel bad trying to muscle in on their business. Would whoever owns their casino like to open one up in Nipton? I believe there are enough buildings for us to open three casinos, two motels, one military base for our militia once its formed, and a town hall.
Ambassador Draiman-Mr. House
If this is true, about the Great Khans, then illegal chems are being thrown into the trading mix and chem addicts aren't good for business.
I request that the followers occupy their old drug lab, as I believe they started a setup for helpful medicine as well. That means that illegal drugs would be kept under control, and the useful meds would go to the followers.
Actually, from what I hear, all of the drugs were either sold before the left or brought with them. There are only chemicals and unused syringes left. I thought the Followers would like to know that considering they can't get enough supplies in their trade.
Ambassador Draiman- Mr. House.
If either of you can give us the coordinates of the gangs, Mr. House can dispatch securitrons to wipe them out.
I can, there are the Jackals west of Nipton and the Vipers south of Novac. They're pretty poorly armed compared to securitrons though so you won't need to send many.
Ambassador Ryan - Primm
?Although we are unable to spare any men at this point we do have some weaponry left over from the powder gangers we could give you, its not high end stuff, varmint rifles, cowboy repeaters, service rifles, 9mm pistols and sub-machine guns and also explosives; lots of spare dynamite and some frag mines which could be useful, if you need any of these just say and we'll send 'em over
We would be grateful of getting any weapons you do not need, thank-you.
In return we will send you food from the farms we plan to establish at Cottonwood Cove for free, we can probably send enough to feed your entire town for a day.
