The Lucky 38 Convention
January 16, 2282.
*It would help your understanding of all that is happening if you read the entire opening post. *
It is mid-January, 2282. It has been a few months since the Second Battle for Hoover Dam.
Mr. House is now in control of Vegas, Hoover Dam, and the Mojave. His widespread power over the desert has begun to re-ignite the economy. However, NCR, dissatisfied with House's "betrayal" at Hoover Dam is on the verge of invading the Mojave.
We have all gathered in the Lucky 38, so other factions from the Mojave may make diplomacy with Mr. House for the first time in almost a decade.
*Note, this is a totally new convention and is not based off of Mojave Convention/Nipton Convention.*
