What happens to the suite if house is killed or he hates my guts (because I'm a loyal friend of the NCR)?

Pretty much nothing happened to me, I was able to come and go as I pleased still.

My characters that don't ally with House start using it only after he is dead. Seems a bit awkward to be using the suite when you're working against him. Besides, Novac has everything one needs. Except campfire.
