Hello there,

First of all i need to say i love fallout and have played all the fallout games a great deal. I love fallout 4 too, its amazing.

However i have not been able to enjoy the game for several weeks now which is frustrating, and was hoping it would be fixed by now.

The reason i cannot enjoy the game is because of the MACREADY KILLSHOT PERK. When maxing Macready's relations with you, he awards a permanent perk called killshot. it is supposed to give +20% headshot VATS accuracy.

Instead, it makes all headshots in the game 95% accurate, on any weapon, at any range. Even when other limbs read 0% chance to hit, the head will still say 95%.

It has ruined the game for me, and now i want to know if it is ever going to be fixed. Can someone please confirm it is?
