The Mage and Rain's Hand

I was reading in the Imperial Library what constellations correspond with what months and I saw that the mage's (my Knights sign) corresponding month was Rain's Hand. Does that mean that my toon was born some time in Rain's Hand?

Yes, that's the month your character was born in...
