Hello Forum Members! :wavey: I'm wondering does Sheogorath staff work outside of the border of Shivering Isles? or will it just be a "useless twig" in Cyrodiil? (i think that's how it's spelled :rolleyes:

What does it actually do?

Freezes everyone in place, you can't hurt them, they can't hurt you, kind of a time stop spell.

It's a great escape tool, and the voice, which thunders when you use the staff, sounds pretty epic when in a dungeon.
